In the past few months we have had both of our cars in to your shop for repairs; nothing huge but significant to a car nut! I am more than pleased with your work on both vehicles, but I was really pleasantly surprised by your above and beyond work on the MB C320! When I picked it up, Kris said that he had gone a little farther than was required, but I didn't realize until I washed my car a few days later that the two 'divots' in the back bumper had disappeared. The divots probably came from license plat nuts smacked into the rear bumper - big enough to annoy the heck out of somebody as picky as me! Thanks Kris - really, really appreciated! Both cars are superb, beautifully finished! I would not hesitate to recommend Boyd to anyone needing body repair and not wanting to see where the damage had been before you did your work. I simply wish to express my appreciation for the services I received from the manager and staff of the above named company, and for the excellend repairs performed on my damaged vehicle. To begin with, after expressing an interest, I was given the courtesy of being taken on a tour of the boyd facility. I was impressed with the comprehensive facility and its cleanliness. The completion date of my vehicle's repairs was met, and I was kept informed as to the progress of those repairs. I was treated courteously by the Boyd staff, specifically by the manager, larry McKenzie, and fromt office worker Alicia. Hopefully I will not again need autobody work. I can\'t say enough great things about the way I was treated at your Sooke Rd Location. The staff there are outstanding. From the the time I walked through the door I was totaly set at ease with no problems at all. I have already sent 2 co-workers to Boyd, and will continue to do so. After working in the automotive industry for 15 years before joining the Navy, it\'s refreshing and rare to see the great service given at Boyd.
