Got rear ended on May 3rd 2016 and ones I settled everything with my family insurance I decided to take my vehicle to Boyd Auto body and Glass. When I called to inquire regarding my car to be fixed the receptionist was very pleasant to talk to and answered all my questions. I booked an appointment with BOYD. When I arrived at BOYD everyone was super friendly I was dealing with Paulo the Richmond branch manager, Jester and Rod ( auto body and painter) all I can say is that they are outstanding employees and BOYD is lucky to have them, they really took good care of me and my vehicle. Paolo took pictures of my car and explain to me what will happen for repairs and told me that it might just take a day to do the repairs and if it will take longer he will let me know a head of time. They made sure that there was a rental car ready for me to ... take and Jester even drove my husband and I to enterprise to get it. I got a call from Paulo the next day and he delivered some great news that I can come pick up my car I was very surprised how fast they were with the repairs I thought it will take a few days. When I was driving towards the shop I can see my car it was sooooo shiny it was like picking it up from the dealership again I was stunned how clean it was even the inside, I was very excited. Checked out the car with Jester and he explained what they did and he even had a surprised for me my brand-new Mazda cx-5 was hit with a rock while driving towards Langley one week after we bought it so it had a big scratch on the front bumper was very sad about it but Jester did a little magic and polished it of for me so now I cant even see any damages on my front bumper so GREATFUL. Rod did such an awesome job painting the car its like we were never rear ended at all THANKS Rod. all I can say is that I will definitely recommend Richmond BOYD autobody and glass to everyone because they are FANTASTIC AND THEY GIVE AWESOME SERVICE!!!! A week ago, a rock chipped my windshield while I was on-ramping onto the highway. Over the weekend, I went to a different shop near my house and they said filling in this crack could not be done. But I didn't want to give up, so I wanted another opinion. Since I work along Bridgeport Road, I decided to see if Boyd could help me out. And they did! Filling in the crack took the technician less than 5 minutes, even though he said 15 minutes. Once the work was complete, I could barely see the crack. I was very impressed by how fast the service was and the friendly customer service that was shown to me. I will definitely come back to Boyd if I need some body work or glass replacement done in the future. So far the crack is holding up but if the windshield decides to crack completely I will know where to go to fix it just because I value ... customer service and I am now a dedicated customer. read more

I have a 2003 Infiniti g35 that got into an accident. The front bumper was pushed in and the driver side fender had a big dent.So I took my car to BOYD auto body for repair.The repairs were done beautifully. The paint job was clean and you can't tell what damages I've done. Not a trace. I left happy and would recommend to everyone who needs a good auto body shop. I would definitely come back for another repair. I hope not too soon?

The service and staff was outstanding. The repairs were excellent. The repairs were done the following day after dropping the car off. I was not able to pick my car up as I was away and the Boyd team were able to drop off my car at my residence so it was there when I arrived home. Thanks a lot.. Great job. Would use them again in the future and will advise my friends and family of the great service and workmanship.

Where to begin... I came to Boyd auto body in a complete wreck, emotionally and not to mention my car was destroyed. I had hit a deer on my way to work, and was in hysterics. Jamie and the rest of the staff were so kind and caring, offering comfort and the promise to help fix what had happened. My car was almost deemed a write-off, due to the extensive damage sustained in the accident. I didn't want to say goodbye to my car just yet, so Jamie worked with ICBC and his team, and I was able to get my car back, and astonishingly, in better shape! I am still blown away with the incredible customer service I received from Boyd's. Constant communication, explained what they were doing and when they were doing it, flexible with my schedule, received a life time guarantee for the work they did, and excellent interpersonal skills. Hello! I really wanted to take some time and absolutely praise the outstanding job Jamie did with our vehicle. But this isn't just about the labor done. Granted yes, our car looks amazing. Jamie did a wonderful job and gave it back to us cleaner than it has been for awhile. So thank you for that. What I really wanted to stress in this testimonial was the things Jamie did above and beyond expectation. My partner Sam had hit a deer and was very distraught and shaken up. Jamie was so kind and comforting. You can tell this isn't just a job for him. He cares. And that humanistic approach is so lacking in customer service today. He kept in touch frequently to let us know of the progress made. He was flexible and accommodating to our schedule since we live in Shirley and work in Victoria 7am-7pm it was difficult actually impossible to get to ... Boyd by 5pm. Jamie gave us options and we felt no pressure to have to leave work early or make other arrangements to pick up our car. Boyd the 5 stars in my feedback is not enough. 10 stars for Jamie! Wendy, Chris, and Jamie were fantastic! I called ahead to book the appointment and spoke to Wendy. She was friendly and gave me all the information I needed. All the staff were great. They did a quick and thorough job fixing my car. They made sure a courtesy car was available and they kept in touch throughout the 2 days my car was with them. They made sure to walk me through everything they had done and I left feeling safe knowing my car had been repaired by a great team. I will definitely return for any repairs needed in the future.

These guys are awesome! I have had Boyd repair accident damage in the past and have been pleased with the results. So when I had another motorist hit their car door into mine and scuffed my car, I wanted to get a quote to repair. Paulo and his team buffed it out and washed the whole car - NO CHARGE!!!! Thank you for your great service! You know I'll be coming back! p.s. I told a co-worker about it - he immediately asked for Paulo's card.

Customer service was great. They got my estimate done in a matter of minutes and booked in my appointment for repair. They arranged the rental car and got my vehicle repaired in a timely fashion. I am super happy with every aspect of my dealings with Boyd. Their communication was amazing which was nice because I live a very tight schedule. The work on my truck was perfect and done ahead of schedule. They even detailed my truck inside and out which was much appreciated after a camping trip messed it up just before I brought my truck in. I worked with Wendy and Jamie and once again I couldn't be happier. They made an unfortunate accident into a painless and smooth event. Almost like it never happend.
