Where to begin... I came to Boyd auto body in a complete wreck, emotionally and not to mention my car was destroyed. I had hit a deer on my way to work, and was in hysterics. Jamie and the rest of the staff were so kind and caring, offering comfort and the promise to help fix what had happened. My car was almost deemed a write-off, due to the extensive damage sustained in the accident. I didn't want to say goodbye to my car just yet, so Jamie worked with ICBC and his team, and I was able to get my car back, and astonishingly, in better shape! I am still blown away with the incredible customer service I received from Boyd's. Constant communication, explained what they were doing and when they were doing it, flexible with my schedule, received a life time guarantee for the work they did, and excellent interpersonal skills. Hello! I really wanted to take some time and absolutely praise the outstanding job Jamie did with our vehicle. But this isn't just about the labor done. Granted yes, our car looks amazing. Jamie did a wonderful job and gave it back to us cleaner than it has been for awhile. So thank you for that. What I really wanted to stress in this testimonial was the things Jamie did above and beyond expectation. My partner Sam had hit a deer and was very distraught and shaken up. Jamie was so kind and comforting. You can tell this isn't just a job for him. He cares. And that humanistic approach is so lacking in customer service today. He kept in touch frequently to let us know of the progress made. Wendy, Chris, and Jamie were fantastic! I called ahead to book the appointment and spoke to Wendy. She was friendly and gave me all the information I needed. All the staff were great. They did a quick and thorough job fixing my car. They made sure a courtesy car was available and they kept in touch throughout the 2 days my car was with them. They made sure to walk me through everything they had done and I left feeling safe knowing my car had been repaired by a great team. I will definitely return for any repairs needed in the future.

These guys are awesome! I have had Boyd repair accident damage in the past and have been pleased with the results. So when I had another motorist hit their car door into mine and scuffed my car, I wanted to get a quote to repair. Paulo and his team buffed it out and washed the whole car - NO CHARGE!!!! Thank you for your great service! You know I'll be coming back! p.s. I told a co-worker about it - he immediately asked for Paulo's card.

Customer service was great. They got my estimate done in a matter of minutes and booked in my appointment for repair. They arranged the rental car and got my vehicle repaired in a timely fashion. The service was professional and efficient. I would highly recommend them. I'm very pleased with how my car and repairs were handled. I was treated with respect and kept informed. I am super happy with every aspect of my dealings with Boyd. Their communication was amazing which was nice because I live a very tight schedule. The work on my truck was perfect and done ahead of schedule. They even detailed my truck inside and out which was much appreciated after a camping trip messed it up just before I brought my truck in. I worked with Wendy and Jamie and once again I couldn't be happier. They made an unfortunate accident into a painless and smooth event. Almost like it never happend.
