It has been a long time since I have been so impressed with any type of service that I have received. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. I loved the fact that you were able to arrange everything for me and all I had to do was show up. Everyone I dealt with was exceptional. I had no worries at all that my car and any of the business matters would be handled with care and experience. Thank you to everyone for being so professional, friendly, and so willing to help. We had the front bumper replaced and are most happy with the whole experience! Pricing was higher than our cheapest quote but the quality of the work and speed and lifetime warranty merits recognition! Well done! I really appreciate the time, effort and (Mike and staff) going out of their way to find my hard to find part in the USA versus having the insurance company provide compensation and me having to find it. I have been going to this location for some time now (2015?) and will continue going here while in the vicinity with the service they provide.

I was dealing with Taylor for replacement glass. She was incredibly professional and knowledgeable about the process. From quoting, booking the appointment and picking up the vehicle afterwards. Brought my car in this morning for repairs to the bumper and side panel. The gentleman inspecting my car did a thorough walk through and even offered to buff out scratches that weren't on the claim. Amazing customer service here has made me a repeat customer and will always recommend this place to others.

I crash my 2015 highlander into a yield sign last month,I towed to Boyd 32nd street location,I was worried about my car because after accident the car never look like before,insurance suggested me some other body shops but I choose boyd 32nd,the reason is I had a good experience with this shop,the damage was close to 10000 $ they took 3 weeks when I got the car back it looks like brand new,I was worried about colour match because it was Tri-stage(white pearl),but the painters did a good job no one can tell it's been painted it's matching 100%factory,and I am 100%satisfied with the work,they detailed my car in and out,they did a really good job thank you guys for doing such a nice work,I will recommend this shop to my friends and family. I brought 2016 Jetta here a couple of weeks back with scratches in the paint from a hit and run. Boyd Autobody was able to restore it to new and at a reasonable price. The service was fantastic and I would highly recommend using them. Randy was most helpful!

Came in to have my car appraised and a nice man said give me you're keys He came back 5 minutes later and my bumper damage was gone except for a small mark. He even touched it up No charge. I had a different repair shop quote me about $750.00 to fix If I ever need a body shop this is where I will go.
