After a parking mishap - too high curb, too low car - my front bumper was left hanging. I drove to Boyd Autobody in Crowfoot hoping to get an appointment ASAP. Cory, the Estimator, immediately took a look, asked me for my keys, and invited me to have a seat in the waiting room. In less than 15 minutes he returned and said it was fixed. Kiera had reconnected the bumper perfectly. When I asked how much I owed the response was 'No charge'. Unbelievable service! I will be recommending Boyd's in Crowfoot to all my friends and will never go anywhere else myself. Thank-you Cody and Kiera!

I want to take this opportunity based on our experience to highly recommend and give shout out to "Body Autobody & Glass" located at 109 - 64 Crowfoot Cir N.W. Calgary Ab. My husband's Black Toya Tacoma truck was involved in an accident in Dec. 2024. Our team was very professional and superb to deal with. Our team members consisted primarily of - Sara, Cody and Scott. In our opinion, we feel that this team is certainly "Client Focused". Cody D, who is was our estimator was excellent and his quote very much in line with what the cost was when we picked up the truck after the repairs had been done. He made sure that we were satisfied with the work that had been done. Scott their auto body spray painter is a magician. The repair was a perfect match to the rest of the truck. This is very hard to do as black is ... difficult to work with. The company must believe that their front office personal is very important and of course they are correct in the position. Sara makes you feel very welcomed and her charming personality puts you at ease within minutes. This was my second time using Boyd Autobody, and once again, they exceeded my expectations with exceptional service and top-quality work. This time around, I was paying out of pocket and didn't have a rental car covered by insurance. With my daily commute to work taking nearly two hours each way on public transit, it was a tough situation. When I shared this with the team at Boyd Crowfoot, they were incredibly understanding and genuinely empathetic. Without hesitation, they went out of their way to help and arranged a rental vehicle for me-something they absolutely didn't have to do. It's rare to find a business that truly cares about its customers, but Boyd Crowfoot is one of those rare gems. I had a minor repair scheduled and was prepared to leave my car for the morning however the work was completed within 1/2 an hour! The manager, Steve, went out of his way to have the work completed on the spot and had my car washed as well. I was very pleased with the service I received and the cost was way under what the dealership quoted. I would definitely recommend getting work done at this facility.

I am impressed with the service I received from Boyd Crowfoot and from Crowfoot Brake and Muffler. I took my vehicle in to have my catalytic converter replaced because I believed it was stolen and I had an insurance claim number in hand. Turns out the converter was not stolen - the would be thieves only managed to saw part way through it before they were interrupted by my spouse (kudos to her for her quick action in the middle of the night too). We will be keeping the phone handy in future to call the police if we see the culprits come back. I assumed it was gone because it made such a loud noise when I drove it around the block after the incident. Boyd Auto and Crowfoot Muffler fixed the crack in the converter by doing some welding. This turned out not to be a replacement; they did this at no charge and I was able to call my insurance ... company and cancel my claim. I am impressed with this service from these businesses in Crowfoot Mall and will not hesitate to use their services again for an insurable or non-insurable repair. Thanks. read more
