It's been almost 2 years since I had major body work repair completed at Boyd Auto Body in Royal Oak N.W. on my 2019 Dodge Ram pickup truck. Since that time, I thought I could see a few imperfections within the paint itself. I met with Richard P, the General Manager at that location and I showed him a few areas of my concern. Richard determined that the blemishes were from the paint and clear coat application. We agreed on a date that I could leave the vehicle with him for a couple of days. On the day I inspected my truck, Richard showed me the areas that where fixed and explained why they occurred and what the process was involved to rectify the issues. Boyd's also repaired a couple more areas that I was unaware of. After the amount of time that had passed from the original bodywork, I was pleased with the response from Boyd's to get my ... concerns addressed and impressed by Richard's professionalism in dealing with me and getting the work done. I am happy with the final product and the quality workmanship that Boyd's provides and stands behind. People and Specialists at this Boyd's location are the best in town. They Repaired my vehicle in February 2022 and did an excellent job that you will never understand which part was repaired or replaced.
