Great Service!!! Came in with my Honda Civic 05 Coupe, the guys took care of my front bumper and did a fantastic job! Had to come back a couple weeks later for a a couple minor issues. The issues were taken care of no problem! The staff and especially the GM of the location were very nice and helpful! Definitely a great customer service experience! Thanks again.

I flew into Winnipeg with the temperature at 24 below. I was driving a little car loaned to me by a friend to give me mobility in completing arrangements for my daughters Memorial service. I was cautioned, don't roll the window down. Later that morning (Dec 1, 2014) I was parking and my Grandson came to the drivers window and was telling me something and I hit the auto button for the window. The immediate reaction was screaming no,no, don't roll down the window. Of course it was too late and along with the other items to be completed I added finding someplace to assist in getting the window rolled back up completely. Not really knowing the city I saw your sign and turned in. I explained my predicament and Jeremy took a look at it and said it would take about a half hour to see what was out of order. This was agreeable because I was able ... to take the time to eat some lunch. When I returned the problem had been resolved and I was able to continue on and complete my tasks without a cold breeze blowing on my neck and face. I was treated with consideration and respect, which is not always present in today's world. Thank you for running a business that encourages good customer relations. I had a windshield repair that needed to fit ARI's strict budget and they were able to accommodate me at the Marion location. I really want to commend Devon because I surprised her by showing up less than 10 minutes before closing to come collect my car. I wasn't expected until the following morning, so my car had already been parked inside a corner in the garage. She stayed late and moved vehicles to allow me to take my car home. I really appreciate her stepping up and beyond. Another happily satisfied customer!

I attended at Boyd Autobody and was immediately met by Eriq and David who quickly assessed my issues, made me an appointment, dealt with my car over and above my expectations and had me on my way. The manager (David B) and staff at Boyd Auto body were very helpful, cheerful and accommodating. My car was so clean, it even smelled good after the repairs were made. Great job and great people! I was shocked to see the staff had found a loony in my car and put it where I could see it. Now that's honesty.
