Good morning, I would like to provide positive feedback to the office manager David and Eriq (staff) at Boyd Scurfield. Normally when you hear bad things the entire world knows about in seconds. But when people does a good work, you rarely hear them. When I took my car in, my rental car was already available, I was told that my car would be available by Friday, but low and behold I got my car 2 days than the normal eta. I was very impressed with the overall service and hopefully this would be the "last time" that I would go to boyd to get my car fixed. But in the event that i do need a service i know where to go. THANK YOU FOR THE AMAZING SERVICE and keep it up.

From the first interaction via phone, Yvonne and the rest of the team went above and beyond to explain and help me in the process of getting my vehicle repaired. They even got me my car back in time for Christmas when we had a house full of guests. I'm so impressed and very thankful my husband suggested we go there. Excellent representation of Boyd Autobody and I will for sure be recommending them.

The staff was very knowledgeable in the insurance side and the vehicle side. They were honest with me from the very beginning as to what the cost would me if I paid for the repairs out of pocket vs what the estimate would be from MPI. They told me it would take a total of three days, including getting a new tail gate and bumper. I was skeptical of this because winter in Manitoba means a heavy workload for fender benders. Sure enough, I dropped my truck off and 2 days later they call me to tell me it's in paint. The day after they call and tell me it's ready. When I came to pick up my truck it looked like it came out of a showroom. The repairs were done and it looked brand new, including a detailing which I much appreciate. They gave me a curtesy car as well as dealt with MPI on getting some more damage fixed that wasn't noticed ... originally. All I can say is this is where my family and I will be bringing our vehicles for auto body work from now on... Their professionalism, honesty and most importantly their quality of work get an earned 5 stars from me. read more

This group of people at Boyd did everything they possibly could to be helpful. They asked how the accident happened and that matters to someone who has gone through something like that. They were professional, kind, efficient, and went out of their way to take the sting out of a negative situation. Thanks to everyone there for their outstanding work.

Staff were very pleasant to deal with and went 'above and beyond' to ensure my vehicle was repaired. There were some complications with insurance company but they got me back on the road before the Holiday season! I appreciate the extra effort on their part to do so.

From beginning to end , awesome service. Prompt. Updating of scheduling and great workmanship. Vehicle looks better then original. Cleaned the car from top to bottom and even gave the engine a once over. Who new it could look that great again? Excellent results from everyone. Wil highlyl recommend and certainly will use the service again if needed.

Great Service!!! Came in with my Honda Civic 05 Coupe, the guys took care of my front bumper and did a fantastic job! Had to come back a couple weeks later for a a couple minor issues. The issues were taken care of no problem! The staff and especially the GM of the location were very nice and helpful! Definitely a great customer service experience! Thanks again.

I flew into Winnipeg with the temperature at 24 below. I was driving a little car loaned to me by a friend to give me mobility in completing arrangements for my daughters Memorial service. I was cautioned, don't roll the window down. Later that morning (Dec 1, 2014) I was parking and my Grandson came to the drivers window and was telling me something and I hit the auto button for the window. The immediate reaction was screaming no,no, don't roll down the window. Of course it was too late and along with the other items to be completed I added finding someplace to assist in getting the window rolled back up completely. Not really knowing the city I saw your sign and turned in. I explained my predicament and Jeremy took a look at it and said it would take about a half hour to see what was out of order. This was agreeable because I was able ... to take the time to eat some lunch. When I returned the problem had been resolved and I was able to continue on and complete my tasks without a cold breeze blowing on my neck and face. I was treated with consideration and respect, which is not always present in today's world. Thank you for running a business that encourages good customer relations.
