I brought my car to Boyd a few weeks ago and my experience with boyd autobody on Dudley has been the best service and experience I've had over the years of owning my vehicle. Kelsey was really helpful and kept me informed throughout the process! Not to mention the work was very well done, and my car was cleaned very well! Thanks boyd!!

I unfortunately had 2 glass claims within 10 days, but Kelsey and the team at Boyd Dudley were very helpful and communicative in getting the claims processed and my vehicle repaired quickly to limit the inconvenience as much as possible. Your efforts are much appreciated!

Driver's window vandalized Remembrance Day. Called next day; told to bring it in; brought it in; plastic temporary cover installed; new window delivered couple hours later; brought car back; picked up replacement car; came back perhaps three hours later for finished product. Courteous; informative; bit of humour. It is hard to imagine how I could ask for more. My hat goes off to David J., who knows what he is doing and does it with humour, pride and a bit of dash. Note: the location should have a parking lot for customers, hardly inside the control of the staff at the location. Well done, Boyd Autobody and Glass

Anier and his team did an excellent job. They provided a courtesy car which was really helpful and kept me updated on the car's repair status. They've been friendly since day1 until i got the car back. They even went the extra mile and did some stuff that were not part of the claim. Made sure the car was clean inside and out and it smelled good too. Keep up the good work guys.

I thought I was just going in to have my windshield replaced, what I received was way beyond my expectations! I was coming in from the country, thought I could just spend the day at the mall, instead i received a courtesy car so I could do my entire list of things i need to do ! Not done yet ......when I went to pick up my car Meliisa had it washed for me !!, She was great ! Filled and filed my claim, plus the clean car !

The manager at this location as well as the receptionist were both very very pleasant and the body mechanics did such an amazing job on my car I could not be more pleased. The car only took two days to repair as well. 5 Star shop with 5 Star employees!!
