I loved the service at the Narin Location. the staff was very attentive and i was in and out with my car in 2 days! i personally dealt with Preston Brockie and he was awesome to deal with. made sure that all my concerns were addressed and assured me that i would have my car back in 2 days and delivered. the Quality of the work was awesome. i would recommend for everyone to go to the Narin location and deal with Preston. He made the annoying trip to get the car fixed a great experience!! A++++++

Boyd provided great service, and customer service. The staff that work there are very courteous and thorough in explaining what's necessary to complete the job fully, and in a timely manner. They make you feel like you and your car matter and you aren't just "another number". They provided me with their courtesy car which was great and very convenient. When I received a call saying my car was ready, I picked it up the same day! It was a great experience, and the body work on my car looks like it did before the accident. Thank you so much!

Service was excellent, they phoned several times to tell me of the progress, the work done on my vehicle was top rate. I also was very impressed that the cleaned my car inside and out prior to phoning me to pick it up. I wold recommend Boyd to anyone. Keep up the great work and service.

I had a WONDERFUL experience at Boyd Autobody & Glass Brandon. They replaced my windshield very promptly and professionally last week in June 2014. They provided me with a courtesy car to use for the day so I could easily get to and from work, without disrupting my regular routine. The staff is very helpful and kind, and always willing to help answer any vehicle related questions. I am very happy with my new windshield. I've been to Boyd Brandon before, and I will definitely go back! I highly recommend them. THANK YOU!!!!

WOW/Mathew was the most knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, accomodating individual we have seen at that location in the 34yrs we have resided in the community and have used the Lakewood Boyd location. The office had everything running smoothly with no wait times, rental was ready and the work provided was completed on time and with care and pride in their work obvious. A big Thank You to Mathew and all the staff.

Excellent customer service. I showed up last minute and was still given a courtesy car by the friendly staff. My car was washed and vacuumed for me by time I picked it up that afternoon. I will highly recommend Boyd Autobody & Glass to everyone!

Fantastic!! 5 stars to Maurice and Matthew who I dealt with this time, such gentlemen! I have never been as impressed with a service center as with these guys. What a blessing the day was.

I had some body worked done on my car due to a collision at another bodyshop (to which i regret) who did a careless and boched repair job, to which as a result the panels on my grandam were literally flapping in the wind falling off to the point of being unsafe! I called boyd 20 lakewood hearing good things from previous cutomers inquiring an estimate to repair this. Maurice had answered and told me to come right down. Where he informed me they would fix it for me that day no cost! I am very appreciative of this, the fellow staff there were all very professional, kind and caring. Thanks alot for allowing me to put to rest this long outstanding issue. I will definetly be going back if ever needed and recommending them.
