My vehicle got towed to Boyd on King Edward, and i have to say that they were really quick on ordering the parts and repairing my vehicle, the customer service is a good reason why i bring my vehicles to Boyd to be repaired. I also really like that they do updates every couple days, makes it easier when they call me and i don't have to call to find out about my vehicle. The staff is very friendly and fun to talk to. After my experience with Boyd I will always be returning to get work done, and i would recommend Boyd to my friends and family.

Am writing to express my gratitiude to the manager of boyd Lakewood store Maurice. I have to say that I am not an easy customer. The headlight of my car fell off when I was driving on the highway. This is related to the collision I had last June and I took my car to Boyd for repair. So naturally when this happened I came back to the same store. Maurice received me and he was not at the store when my first repair took place. He was very patient and took time to discover the problems and issues. And dealt with me very patiently and respectfully. I was emotional and difficult at times as I felt boyd should help me solve the problem. In the end after investigation and a few phone calls Maurice did provide a very satisfactory solution. I dented the side of my car backing into a post in a parking lot. I went to Boyd for an estimate. Dave looked at the car in the parking lot and used his fist to bang the two panels together again. No charge. Thanks Dave!

From the time I walked into Boyd's, until my car repairs were done I had the most outstanding service! I received phone calls to update me on any changes or delay's that may take place. When I went to pick up my car I had the same kind and courteous service!!! Then to make this experience even better, when I got into my car I realized that they had done an amazing job cleaning the inside of my car. Appreciated that touch so much as I never seem to have the time for that!!!

Just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to Mike and Gord for helping me out when I was on my way to work and along the way got a flat tire, not to mention, in the same day, jammed my trunk door that morning, so not only did they put the spare on for me they also fixed my trunk. They were both exceptional and so friendly that I didn't end up being late for work. Can't say thank you enough for all that you have done, I will for sure be doing all my business with them from now on. :)

Boyd was helpful in allowing me to use a car for a day while waiting for my rental vehicle. They were prompt is getting the paperwork sent through my company and PHH and they did a good job on the repair. Friendly service too.

Awesome service, not once but twice in one month. I would definitely recommend them and go back again if i had to. I was recommended to them by a co-worker and now i know why. My vehicle was very clean and the work was complete in great timing. The staff were very friendly and courteous.

I had some time to kill while doing some errands, so I dropped by Boyd to book an appointment to fix some damaged trim on my vehicle. To my suprise, they fixed it right then and there in 15min, and did so free of charge. I will be returning to Boyd for future car repairs.
