I am a repeat customer of this business. It is the only place I will bring my car to. They make my car look better than brand new. Matthew and Maurice were amazing to deal with. Their customer service was completely off the charts. They bent over backwards to make sure everything was perfect for you. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND taking your car to Boyd on Lakewood.

Kathy was the person we dealt with for the most part and she was fantastic! She kept promises she made and always followed up. She consistently went above and beyond. She is the definition of customer service and is well deserving of a raise.

I called the Scurfield location on April 1 because I was having water leaking through into the interior of my car. I had my windshield replaced a few years ago by this location and wasn't sure if there was a problem with the windshield. I called and spoke with (Sam or Dan? I apologize, as I can't remember). Anyways, I live nearby and was driving past the location and asked if I could stop by and have it looked at. It was near the lunch hour, however, your team was able to accommodate me. I have a 3 1/2 year old daughter and 6 month old son, so it's not that easy for me to come by and leave my vehicle. They were quick to pull in my vehicle and have Sal come out and look at it. Excellent service..When I picked up by car it had been cleaned on the outside and the inside. Was very impressed. They even fixed my bent licence plate. Was very glad I had picked Boyd"s to do my repair.

I came in on April 1, 2014 becuase the corner of my front bumper had accidentily popped out. I'd had my vehicle serviced at this location before, so I knew that the staff would be helpful. Kristen Single answered advised me to come in and that she ould have a look at it for me. Once I got there, she did not hesitate to make me feel welcomed and help me with my vehicle. Kristen is a great person, with a bubbly personally and I was lucky that she was there to help me. This location does some great work and you're lucky to have her on your team.

This was my very first experience having a car I owned damaged so I felt I needed a lot of guidance/support regarding what's best to do when having my car repaired. Boyd Autobody was superior in how they offered assistance and professional and that means everyone I spoke to from the mechanics to reception and the manager herslf. They all took time to explain MPI and dealing with car rental, having added insurance on your rental and all the finishing touches as well! My car was returned to me clean and shiney and it again looked like the NEW Car that I had purchased in June 2013! Thanks Katherine to you and your Team.
