Great service! I was able to bring my car in during the holiday's and they still had it ready before Christmas. When I got my car back, it was washed and the interior was spic and span. Very pleased with their service.

Excellent service, all of the staff are always very pleasant and helpful. Maurice especially went out of his way to do an unexpected repair on my car, it was so nice he was able to get my car back to me ASAP. I have recommended this Boyd to many people already.

Their service was excellent. Kept me up to date with regular phone calls detailing progress. Car came back looking perfect, and it was cleaned as well! Staff were all very friendly, and greeted me by name when I came in, which was a nice touch. Highly recommend Boyd to anyone!!!!

I continue to be very impressed with the quality of work performed at this particular Boyd Autobody location. I am equally impressed that the manager, Mr. Jeff F., always gets up from his desk in his office to come out and greet me by name. When I came to pick up my vehicle they handled returning the rental car I had from Entreprise - saving me a lot of time. I also asked Jeff about my headlights and how I could clean them. He explained it to me, and had my car pulled in and polished them before I left. They all go above and beyond to be sure I get great service! Thanks to the whole team!

I brought my vehicle in with a shattered read window. They cleaned up the glass and taped it up so it was drivable. I left it with them the next morning and a day later it was all fixed and ready to go. They also arranged to have a rental car ready for when I came in. No hasstle, fast service!

Hello! I am writing to praise your Lakewood location on their exceptional service!! I was in my first accident ever in 30 yrs and I have to say Boyd made the experience rather painless! From the moment I walked in the door. (Matthew acknowledged me instantly even though he was helping another customer) Leah assisted me with my claim and reviewed the particulars . When further damage was found they provided me with transportation immediately. I was updated on the progress and received my vehicle back in a very reasonable time frame. To Maurice, Matthew, Leah and all of the staff in the shop, a very big thank you from a very satisfied customer!! I will highly recommend your company to my friends and family. Happy Holidays!

On November 27, 2013 I went to the Boyd on Henderson Hwy in Winnipeg and asked if they could possibly fit me in for a repair that day. The day before someone had tried to break into my car through my driver's side window - leaving it half open, and off the track, unable to close. It was cold, snowing and I was freezing driving in my car with the window half open. The manager (Bob?) told me he would do his best to fit me in! By the end of the day, Boyd repaired the window for free! What great service. I want to thank everyone at Boyd on Henderson for a great Christmas present!
