I have been taking my cars to Boyd Autobody for over 20 years. I have yet to have service or sales personnel who weren't polite. They always gave me all the information I needed to make the right decision. Work done was first grade and up to now, I never had to bring back my vehicles for an adjustment. I just wanted to say how great of a job this location did for me. The customer service was great. They even washed my car INSIDE and out. (The inside of my car was horrendous and if I'd known they were going to clean it i would have...cleaned it, haha). It's never looked so brand new and the repair was done quickly. Thank you!

I had been fed up with another body shop for a simple job that had turned into a disaster and still wasn't right after three return trips even after I explicitly told them what was wrong and how to fix it. Brought it to Boyd and they took one look, knew exactly what was wrong and had the whole mess fixed in under fifteen minutes. I couldn't be happier and definitely bringing my truck back back when more work is needed.

I stopped by the 84 Scurfield location in Winnipeg recently for some evaluation and possible repair on my loose front bumper of my car. Jeff Froese came out of his office to deal with me and he immediately went outside and got on his hands and knees to look under the bumper. He said he would take it into the shop for a better look. 10 minutes later he brought the car out with bumper fixed, nice and snug now, couple of missing clips. i asked how much do I owe for that and he said nothing. WOW, that was unexpected, 2 things, the immediate service and no charge. With customer service like that there is no need to go or look elsewhere for vehicle repairs if I should ever need any in the future !!!

I am sorry for such a late response to the service I received June 10 - 14 (hopefully I am remembering the correct week). Once I received my MPI notice, Victoria at Portage ave contacted Dudley to have the work scheduled. I appreciated both Victoria and Amanda updating me throughout the process. Thank you Katherine Kennedy for putting my mind at ease, when I assumed my front bumper was worse than it really was, and for looking for a price on a bezel. As always, I am impressed with each person's ability to keep me informed and help me feel a part of the process rather than just another job.

Great service. wonderful staff, especially Preston and Matthew. When our van was not going to be ready quite on time, they found a way to keep us happy by providing a different loaner. When we lost a driver's license in the console of the 1st loaner, they found it right away. Great attitude and very personable and professional. Thanks again Guys! If we ever need another repair, we will remember you.

We brought our car in on July 9th to have the windshield replaced. Matthew greeted us immediately upon entering your facility. He assured us our car would be ready by 4:30 the next day. He took the time to explain to me exactly what the Technician would need to do and the time it would take. He answered all of my questions in a very friendly, professional manner! Upon pick up of the vehicle, I was pleasantly surprised to see not only had the job been completed as promised, but my car was washed and detailed!!! WOW! In my opinion, you have a sincere, professional and courteous employee in Matthew. I will be sure to recommend this location to friends and family. Thanks Matthew!!

They were amazing. I had some scuffs on my car and brought it in for an estimate. The staff was all friendly and they fixed the problem on the spot and there was no charge. I was pleasantly surprised and would definitely bring my vehicle there if needed to again. Thanks!

I needed my rear window fixed quickly and I must say that Kathryn Bartmanovich at the Scurfield location was fantastic. She went out of her way to make sure things kept moving and I was kept informed at every stage of the process. I was there right when they opened and she was able to get my glass that afternoon, and I had my vehicle back the next morning. It was even washed and looked great. If I ever need auto-body or glass service I will definitely use your Scurfield location. (It's also very close to my house.) I will recommend you to all of my friends.
