Very good work, effecient and fast on the repair. Excellent customer service in explaining estimated cost, time involved and ultimately the repair itself and warranty. The customer service was exceptional as they cleaned my car inside and out even though the bill was not substantial. I've spent mich more at the dealer getting work done on my vehicle and they couldn't be bothered to spray wash the car exterior. I like that extra consideration Boyd provides and will definitely return.

i brought my car into boyd for some repairs and after over a month i finally got it back, not only was that way too long for the minor repairs that had to be done, i got my car back completely filthy, the interior was absolutely covered in dust, even in the seats, all the surfaces had a good layer of dust, had to vaccuum out the entire car. also, noone came out to go over my vehicle with me which i thought was pretty unprofessional

Although I have had an unsatisfactory experience with Boyd in the past, I recently took a company vehicle to the Scurfield location and was happy with the service. I Brought my personal vehicle to the same location recently and the service was fast, I was well looked after, and when I brought the car back due to an issue that turned out to be separate from the original accident, Jeff Froese went above and beyond and looked after me. I am very happy with Boyd and would have no issue going back to this location or recommending it to a friend.

The staff and service was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They had my rental there as soon as I arrived and did the service to our truck quickly and exceptionally. We really appreciated the way the vehicle was cleaned inside and out. Once again, Kudos to the Boyd Staff in Brandon.

I was in today to pick up my Hyundai Accent after it had the side mirror replaced. Was in a hit and run and had been a while since I had that mirror so it was nice to have that done!! So far, so good, the mirror is working well and it looks great! I just wanted to send a quick note to say thank you very much for the interior detailing done on my car. That was a very nice touch! Everyone was very friendly at your location and I appreciate the excellent customer service. Even though my repair was delayed and a part had to be re-ordered, I still end up a happy customer and I would recommend your Boyd location to anyone. Thanks!

Had great service at the Henderson location. All of the staff at the front counter were fast efficient and curtious. They gave me an accurate estimate and called as soon as the parts were in. When I took the car in all the work was completed while I waited. They even washed my car. Overall excellent service. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

What can i say besides, great service! I brought my van in for a bumper replacement, and not only did they do a fast and great job on it, they did a little extra, they replaced some lights and bolts i was missing, not to mention the detailing, wow! i highly recommend using Boyd Autobody & Glass, the staff to are very nice people, keep up the great work guys!

Boyd Experience was outstanding. Finished the job early and I got handwritten thank you notes on business cards from the guys who did the work (Rob Banman-refinish technician and Andy Mankewich-autobody technician). Jeff Froese was also great. I asked if they were open Saturday and he said no, but he was going in to work on Saturday morning and would accommodate me it that is what it took to get me my car back. I would use Boyd again!

You guys did a great job. Everything we talked about fixing was fixed perfectly, and in about half the time I expected. Dropping my car off on Monday and getting it that same week's Thursday was super awesome. I think my car even came back cleaner too. Thanks again guys.

I was so impressed with the service at all levels. The staff was friendly, helpful and most of all... patient. The courtesy car provided was a smooth ride. The repair was done in a matter of days and i picked up a CLEAN car inside and out (i wasn't expecting that). Boyd definitely goes above and beyond for their customers.
