A gooose decided to committ suicide by walking in front of my car on the highway. Boyd found damage that autopac didn't find and worked with MOIC over the process of getting and returning after market parts that didn't fit. they gave me frequent updates as to what was happening. When finally finished and I got my car back the airconditioning didn't work. so I brought it back. It turned out that it was not due to the accident, but they fixed it too AT NO CHARGE! this is above and beyond. I will definitely be using them again.

This is the second repair that I have had Dave Losie who works at this location take care of. In both instances I felt I was taken care of professionally and truly appreciated being kept in the loop about how the repair was coming along. Boyd did a great job in the 2nd collision repair saving the vehicle as it was a marginal claim. In both cases Dave repaired the car to like new condition and I am thankful for the expertise displayed. I will be referring any friends and family who are in need of collision or glass repair to Dave and the rest of the staff at Boyd on Henderson! Karl

excellent service. kept me informed as to what time and duration they would need to do repairs on my car. when i picked up my car, it was washed waxed and vaccumed . much appreciated and a nice surprise. will definatley go back for any further repairs and windshield repairs. thanks to the very helpful staff. sincerely flo--

The replacement of my passenger mirror was do perfectly. And I must add that the cleaning that was done inside and outside the car was a welcome surprise.

Very good work, effecient and fast on the repair. Excellent customer service in explaining estimated cost, time involved and ultimately the repair itself and warranty. The customer service was exceptional as they cleaned my car inside and out even though the bill was not substantial. I've spent mich more at the dealer getting work done on my vehicle and they couldn't be bothered to spray wash the car exterior. I like that extra consideration Boyd provides and will definitely return.

I was in a hurry to get my car back because I needed to leave town for work boyd was great they were able to get everything done and ready to go for me in time, jerrod (the gentleman who helped me out) was very nice and kept me updated with my car. Good service!

i brought my car into boyd for some repairs and after over a month i finally got it back, not only was that way too long for the minor repairs that had to be done, i got my car back completely filthy, the interior was absolutely covered in dust, even in the seats, all the surfaces had a good layer of dust, had to vaccuum out the entire car. also, noone came out to go over my vehicle with me which i thought was pretty unprofessional

Although I have had an unsatisfactory experience with Boyd in the past, I recently took a company vehicle to the Scurfield location and was happy with the service. I Brought my personal vehicle to the same location recently and the service was fast, I was well looked after, and when I brought the car back due to an issue that turned out to be separate from the original accident, Jeff Froese went above and beyond and looked after me. I am very happy with Boyd and would have no issue going back to this location or recommending it to a friend.
