MB - 84 Scurfield Blvd, Winnipeg - 6/13/13

Was driving along when the glue that holds my rearview mirror gave way and my mirror came off with a little tug. Thankfully I was on Scurfield and the Boyd sign was right up ahead... Popped in asked if they wouldnt mind looking at it, within 2 minutes it was in the garage and I was on my way 15 minutes later - no charge! The 3 people I spoke with (Shauna in the office and 2 gentlemen) were professional, helpful and truly know what service means. Thank you guys!

I recently brought my car into this Boyd location with some damage needing repairs urgently. I was helped by a lovely young lady named Kelsey who got my car looked at right away. The entire staff here was very friendly and had the work done in a timely fashion! GREAT STAFF! GREAT QUALITY REPAIRS! highly recommend this location!

I was enormously impressed by every aspect of this Pembina Highway (Winnipeg) location. From the friendly and helpful service manager to the courtesy car and from the quick service to the quality of the repairs I have not a single complaint. This is a location the Boyd Autobody group should be proud of.

Even though I live in Winnipeg's Inner City, I went to the Scurfield location as I knew someone who worked there and I trusted him, my last few car repairs didn't give me that feeling when I had gone elsewhere. My trust was well placed, not only did they make my car look like new when I picked it up but they also fixed little things I didn't even mention and the updates on what was happening with my car was great. They even saved me money on one claim, awesome!! The honesty I was shown is the reason why I will always go to this location, not to mention that someone was always there to help when I first walked in, even the location Manager Jeff came out when the front receptionist wasn't there smiling and ready to meet my needs. I would definitely recommend this location, or any of them for that matter.Great teamwork!!

Phenomenal service - above and beyond the 'call of duty'. Katherine Kennedy & team were amazing providing regular feedback. Most appreciative of the courtesy vehicle - made our family lives so much easier. As we are in the process of moving, the collision repairs could not have come at a worse time but with the Boyd team, it seemed painless. Have already recommended this particular location to 3 friends this week. Katherine is a keeper:-) Thank you!

Our experience at the Pembina Boyd Autobody and Glass was amazing. Our Collision and Glass repair was done within 48 hours. They replaced our windshield at a discounted cost without needing to submit an insurance claim and additional repairs were completed on our back bumper free of charge. We were very happy with the service we received from Jeremy and we will definitely recommend Boyd to our friends and family.

Excellent service- Daryl Couzens (and his crew) went above and beyond to help repair the car quickly and to perfection. The courtesy car was very nice and the service was impeccable. Regular calls were made to let us know how things were progressing. They fixed the car faster than I had expected and returned it to us sparkling inside and out! I actually had collision and a glass repair done. Jeremy was fantastic! He has great customer service skills, called me all the time and let me know what was going on with the car. They made it as hassle free as possible for me...with everything from getting a rental, to calling me with updates, to detailing my car prior to getting it back. The service was excellent.
