Phenomenal service - above and beyond the 'call of duty'. Katherine Kennedy & team were amazing providing regular feedback. Most appreciative of the courtesy vehicle - made our family lives so much easier. As we are in the process of moving, the collision repairs could not have come at a worse time but with the Boyd team, it seemed painless. Have already recommended this particular location to 3 friends this week. Katherine is a keeper:-) Thank you!

Our experience at the Pembina Boyd Autobody and Glass was amazing. Our Collision and Glass repair was done within 48 hours. They replaced our windshield at a discounted cost without needing to submit an insurance claim and additional repairs were completed on our back bumper free of charge. We were very happy with the service we received from Jeremy and we will definitely recommend Boyd to our friends and family.

Excellent service- Daryl Couzens (and his crew) went above and beyond to help repair the car quickly and to perfection. The courtesy car was very nice and the service was impeccable. Regular calls were made to let us know how things were progressing. They fixed the car faster than I had expected and returned it to us sparkling inside and out! I actually had collision and a glass repair done. Jeremy was fantastic! He has great customer service skills, called me all the time and let me know what was going on with the car. I am not one to do these things, but I feel I must let you know that your Location Manager on Pembina Hwy, (Rob Burns) deserves high credit for taking time to fix the tail lights on my car. I was explaining to the repceptionest that I had just come from the Bison Drive driver license office where my daughter was to take her road exam. It turns out both brake lights were out which caused the road test to end before it started. I drove down Pembina Hwy and saw Boyd Auto Body and pulled in to see if someone could help me with my problem. Rob overheard me describing my story to the receptionest and immediately took hold of the situation. We were done in 15 minutes and was able to get my daughter back to do her road test. I am in sales and I appreciate when someone goes beyond the call of duty. It is all too rare. He not only changed the burnt ... out lights, but made sure all lights were in working order. I remember things like this and I will be sure to bring any glass repair business to this location. Thank you Rob, you are a credit to your profession and to your company. read more

End product looks good, I just wish they had gotten me my car back sooner. The parts either didn't come in or were rusted. The service and staff at the portage location were friendly and always answered my inquiries, they also gave me lots of updates which was fantastic.
