I am not one to do these things, but I feel I must let you know that your Location Manager on Pembina Hwy, (Rob Burns) deserves high credit for taking time to fix the tail lights on my car. I was explaining to the repceptionest that I had just come from the Bison Drive driver license office where my daughter was to take her road exam. It turns out both brake lights were out which caused the road test to end before it started. I drove down Pembina Hwy and saw Boyd Auto Body and pulled in to see if someone could help me with my problem. Rob overheard me describing my story to the receptionest and immediately took hold of the situation. We were done in 15 minutes and was able to get my daughter back to do her road test. I am in sales and I appreciate when someone goes beyond the call of duty. It is all too rare. He not only changed the burnt ... out lights, but made sure all lights were in working order. I remember things like this and I will be sure to bring any glass repair business to this location. Thank you Rob, you are a credit to your profession and to your company. read more

End product looks good, I just wish they had gotten me my car back sooner. The parts either didn't come in or were rusted. The service and staff at the portage location were friendly and always answered my inquiries, they also gave me lots of updates which was fantastic.

I scheduled an appt to have my bumper and windshield replaced and brought my car in on Friday, May 3, 2013 for 8:00AM. I arrived for my appt on time and was checked in immediately and the Rental Car Agency was waiting for me to select my rental car. My car was repaired quickly and I picked up my car on Monday, May 6, 2013 one full day ahead of schedule. Once again the checkout process was handled efficiently and promptly. I am most impressed with the service that I received, your staff are courteous and friendly, are prompt, and the qualify of the repair work looks to be top notch. I just want to let you know that your level of service is excellent, the staff at the Southdale location are first rate they are professional, friendly and do provide excellent service. If I ever need any repair work done on a vehicle I will definately chose ... the Southdale location again and will recommend your company to others. Thank you for such a pleasant experience. I brought my car in on Wednesday to have damage assessed and it was determined a new windshield was required. CSR Cory Shaw booked an appointment at my convenience, and the next day I dropped off my car, and was provided with a clean, well-maintained courtesy car. I received a call when my car was ready, and later that day returned to pick it up. The whole process was seamless and uncomplicated, and the windshield replacement was done perfectly. To my surprise and great pleasure, my car had also been washed and the interior detailed at no extra charge! Overall, my experience at Boyd was wonderful, and I am grateful to Cory and the rest of the team. Thank you so much to a group of friendly, competent, customer-oriented young professionals! I was taking on as a student helper or shop hand at this Boyd Autobody location and I recieved was a warm welcome to the shop. The body men I helped were nothing but knowledgable, understanding, patient and overall very pleasent to work around, I was treated like I had worked there for as long as they have. The location superviser Bob, was more than happy for me to give them a helping hand and he accepted me on their team for 3 months for school work experience. Thank-You all so much Boyd Team, you are all truly missed.

Service was excellent. Staff was friendly and courteous. Obtaining your rented vehicle couldn't be any easier. They did a great job on the repair done to my car. I was also impressed that my car came back to me cleaner (inside and out) than when I brought it in. Great job all around and would recommend this location to anyone looking for an autobody shop.

Returned vehicle as paint was peeling on repair to front bumper done first in spring 2011 (bumper was replaced), and then in spring 2012 (bumper was repaired). Supplier did not prime bumper properly, and Boyd had to replace the bumper. They couldn't get a replacement from their original supplier that was adequate so they got me a brand new bumper! They (Mr. Jeff Froese) really took care of me, treated me with respect, kindness, and was very concerned that the job be done right! The whole place is friendly and I must attribute this to their leader, as I assume it is his choice who he hires. It is also very touching that the head guy looked after me! Great place, great service, and they really stand by their work, even when it is not their fault. I have and will continue to highly recommend this particular Boyd Autobody. Thank you.
