I stopped in to ask a question about an issue I had with my vehicle, not related to a collision. I was treated with the best courtesy and the quickest service I have ever seen. Being chronically ill, in and out of the hospital a task as simple as washing my truck can seem impossible. I have required to use automatic car washes for the last year and my driver side door leaked horribly every time. I dealt with Matt (did not get last name). Matt was polite, professional and had me fixed in less than an hour. Such a small and quick repair, tightening a door strike, might be an easy job for your techs but it means a lot to me. I will certainly bring any future business of mine to Boyd and recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you so very much.

Jeff and everybody at the Boyd location on Scurfield have always been friendly. I've been a repeat customer there for a number of years and the staff and management are simply the best. They take care of you there. They are always sensitive to the needs of their customers with fast, friendly service. I recently brought my Lexus for repair and from the moment I stepped into Boyd Autobody, I was treated excellent. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. I was very impressed with Dan Brisnik. He explained everything that was going to happen to my Lexus, he spent quite a bit of time with me. I am very happy with the repair and paint job. When I picked up my car, Dan came with me again and went over everything. I'm sure he went above and beyond. I will for sure recommend Boyd Autobody.

I have had two unfortunate accidents and brought my vehicle in to the Nairn location. On the first accident Cameron went above and beyond by paying for a diagnostics to find why an engine light was coming on and then referencing with a manual to ensure it was looked after properly. I had hoped and told him I would not be seeing him again but would absolutely recommend him to others. Unfortunately I was back again and this time both Cameron and Matthew were outstanding unbelievable people in giving me 100% satisfaction. I did leave Cameron a personal gift because of the way he treated me as a customer. Thank you to Kate for helping me share my apprecation as I do not have internet.
