Lacey Demidiuk helped me SO MUCH when I made the initial contact at her office. She was cheerful, helpful, answered many questions, and went out of her way to set up a rental for me. During the process of repair, she made many phone calls to keep me informed of the progress and ETA of my car! When my car was ready for pick-up, Kelsey Crockett checked me out, answered many questions, including what repairs were done. I am pleased with the work done on my car, but mainly pleased with the people I dealt with. I will definitely recommend Boyd Autobody & Glass to others!

Hi I was in at your location on Marion st and on the phone Cherryl also Milissa Naumic was so informative and a pleasure to work with. And as soon as I walked in the to the location I was greeted with warmth and kindness. I have a Saab and they do not make them anymore. So they inquired about the windshield and had me call autopen so it would be on record and unfortunately the one they has ordered was not a fit. So they went above and beyond calling around to other provinces and the states to find me a windshield. It will take a couple of weeks for it to come in and I left your store feeling wonderful. Then I went into my car and they had cleaned it for me.. How can it get any better that this? I would just like to say that Manager Bob Huff, and his staff gave me wonderful service, quick, precise and professional. Because I had no vehicle for transportation, they dropped me off at home and then picked me up when my vehicle was completed. On top to that they washed and cleaned my vehicle, a great and appreciate surprise. It is service like this that will continue to keep Boyd at the top of the business. This is my second time I have used Boyd at the Henderson Location, and both time, very very happy with the great service.
