I needed my car repaired. Jeff took my information and brought me a courtesy car and took my car in for repairs. I expected it to be a few days before I got it back. He returned it to me in 2 days and also it was spotless. I have never had that great of service before. Thank you to Jeff and his team.

Dear Boyd Autobody, I just want to let you know about the stellar service I received from two of your staff at your 951 Henderson Highway location, Winnipeg, this past September 24, 2012. On that day, I dropped in without an appointment at 7:30 a.m. to see if I could get my driver’s side window fixed which was damaged in an aborted break in to my car the day before. Bob Huff (Location Manager) welcomed me and fit me into the day’s schedule, and assured me that the damage would be fixed. I want to thank him for his prompt attention to my situation and going out of the way to get my work done that day. When I returned to pick up my car at 5:45p.m., the work was complete and David Jackson (CSR Estimator) was with another client. He assured me that he would complete my paperwork as soon as he was finished with the other client. I want to ... thank David for staying after business hours to complete my paperwork and ensure that both my car and I were good to go upon completion. I am now a confirmed customer of Boyd Autobody thanks to the customer service of your staff like Bob Huff and David Jackson. I will return for service to Boyd in the future and will refer anyone I can to your place of business. Thank you Bob and David! Service there is wonderful, girls at front are so friendly, Jeff looked afte me both times, even carried my groceries to the car, wonderful friendy guy, couldn't b nicer. They were great! When my 1970 Volkswagen Karmann Ghia got a crack in the windshield they were able to source a new windshield when I thought it was not even possible. The repair went very smooth and I got the car back the same day I dropped it off to have the windshield replaced. The technician who worked on my car did an excellent job. All of the front line staff were friendly and answered all my questions to the fullest. Would come back in a heartbeat!

This is my second time dealing with Boyd and I'll never take my vehicle anywhere else. The first time was for a broken side mirror and they were all very courteous and so helpful and kind. The second time was because my daughter had rolled my car. MPI wanted to write it off, but they paid for the hood; knowing how badly I wanted to keep my car. It was found after, that a few other parts were needed and they paid for those too. I receive courtesy call twice a week to keep me updated. I am more than pleased. I have recommended Boyd to everyone I know. Thanks Again!!!

This is the 5th or 6th time I have used this particluar Boyd outlet for car repair. From the first time to the present I have not had any reason to go to any other collision repair facility. The service supplied from the repairs to the customer service to dealing with the car rental groups has been nothing less than very satisfying. Katherine Kennedy and her staff has always shown a willingness to go the extra mile to complete reapirs on time and to a very high standard. Hopefully I may never have to use their services again but should the situation arise I have no reservastions about going back to Dudley. Mike Jankiewicz

I have used this particular shop before and returned because of the service I received. also referred a friend to this location. Good work!
