I went to the Boyd Autobody location on Scurfield to get an estimate to have my Outlander repaired. I had been involved in a 5 car collision, where I slightly hit the vehicle in front of me. I thought that I have just bent my license plate and didn't realize until later that my hood had popped up near the latch. The customer service that I received upon arrival, from both Kathryn at reception and Jeff the estimator, was excellent. My vehicle was looked at almost immediately, I was offered a drink, there was a comfortable place to wait and I had an apology because I had to wait so long - 10 minutes! Jeff checked out my vehicle and showed my where the problems were in both the front grill and latch. He informed me that he didn't think that I needed to get any repair work done at this time. While he was doing the estimate he fixed the ... problem with the latch. While it is not in exactly the same shape as it was before the collision I don't think anyone will notice the difference. So, all this in ten minutes time and at NO CHARGE! I would not have known differently if they had chosen to do a repair for me that I didn't really need. Thanks Jeff and Boyd Autobody for giving me an excellent lesson in great customer service. I will be recommending your location and I will definitely go back again should I require your services. I came into the shop with a minor emergency, and Jeff and his staff where fantastic! Right from our interaction with Kathryn at the front desk to the delivery of the vehicle every was extremely friendly and accommodating. 10 plus points in the customer service department. Thanks again!

Thanks for the fast service fixing the red 2003 Mailbu. I sold it on the weekend, before our Monday evening taste of winter snow. I'm sure we'll see you again sometime. Our 2012 Autopac year may not be over yet. Ha! And 2013 may even be better for you guys at Boyd, the way our luck has been.

Victoria helped me with my MPI claim from start to finish. I had no idea what I was doing because it was my first claim ever. She recommended Scurfield where Jeff Froese oversaw that the work was complete. I was impressed when Jeff called about a dent unrelated to the accident and had it looked after by Miracle Dent at a reasonable cost. It only took 2 days to complete the bumper and extra dent and looks like nothing had ever happened. Thank you to Victoria, Melissa and Jeff for treating me as any other customer and helping me figure out my claim. I will certainly continue to recommend Boyd and continue as a customer.

I came into the Henderson Highway location today with an issue with my drives door, it would not open from the inside or outside. As an outside sales rep for BFI Canada I get in and out of my car many times a day calling on businesses. The mechinic that helped me out was David, he went above and beyond by helping me right away with my door. He had it tore apart and fiesed and back together with in 20 mins. I then asked him what the charge would be for his services and he responded no charge, which suprizsed me greatly, so thank him and will be sure to come back to Boyd in the future. I had a small chip in my front window, so I walked inot the above location with no appointment. Cmaeron Stewart met with me, looked at my chip and had a service claim started while my vehicle was taken to the back to be worked on. During this time it was discovered that I would not be covered because of my deductable. Cameron explained the advantages of having the $200.00 as opposed to the $500.00. He then promptly let me know that the service would be complimentary this time. I was shocked and very appreciative. I have not had customer service like this in years. I will most certainly take all by business back to them, and will take every opportunity to recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you Cam and the Boyd team at Narin Ave!!!!

I was greatly impressed by the office staff ( Cherryl) very friendly and knowledgeable. Window was replaced quickly and the car was also washed and floors cleaned. Would recommend this location to my friends Thanks again for a job well done.

Just wanted to pass on a great Boyd moment for me. A customer Stella Cummings, gave me a huge hug and told me how much she appreciated everything I did for her. She originally came in with her claims and wasn't sure how the whole process worked. She had 3rd party insurance as well but no info with her. MPI told her she had to pay her deductible, and when I called mpi they said the same. I had to call around to different brokers to try and find her policy info and at first she was very frazzled but after I called around and figured out everything for her she said I put her at ease. She received a few calls and was always excited to hear from me and would tell me how great I was at helping her through this process. We were able to finish her vehicle early and the guys even covered up some additional little knicks that were not part of the ... claim. She was super happy with her car and with the service we gave her. read more

Matt did a fabulous job of working with Autopac to get additional repairs approved and getting my Lexus into Wpg for repair. The vehicle looks just like new. Danny was friendly, courteous and prompt, he had the paperwork ready to go before I walked into the door. I am totally pleased with the work and the service and will continue to recommend Boyd Autobody to anyone who needs the service. Thanks Guys.

Just wanted to let you know what great service your shop in Dominion Centre provided over the last couple of days I know most people just mention it when they get bad service but your people took great care of me. There was a little problem with my car after they replaced a window and the power steering wasn’t working. As it turned out it was only a fuse that may or may not have blown because of the repair work but your staff went out of their way to fix it even towing the car to another shop where they were better equipped to deal with it at no extra charge I know the woman who helped me out today was Cheryl but also was well looked after by Melissa and Rhonda (I think) yesterday
