I want to take this opportunity based on our experience to highly recommend and give shout out to "Body Autobody & Glass" located at 109 - 64 Crowfoot Cir N.W. Calgary Ab. My husband's Black Toya Tacoma truck was involved in an accident in Dec. 2024. Our team was very professional and superb to deal with. Our team members consisted primarily of - Sara, Cody and Scott. In our opinion, we feel that this team is certainly "Client Focused". Cody D, who is was our estimator was excellent and his quote very much in line with what the cost was when we picked up the truck after the repairs had been done. He made sure that we were satisfied with the work that had been done. Scott their auto body spray painter is a magician. The repair was a perfect match to the rest of the truck. This is very hard to do as black is ... difficult to work with. The company must believe that their front office personal is very important and of course they are correct in the position. Sara makes you feel very welcomed and her charming personality puts you at ease within minutes. From the front desk to the manager, the service here was fantastic. I went in to get a quote for some scratches and left with my car looking brand new. I don't even think I will use the quotes. The buffed out the scratches on the car and the wheel wells and did not charge me anything!!! What a wonderful surprise. Thank you so much!

My experience at Boyd in Brandon was absolutely incredible! Brianne was so great to communicate with regarding my appointment, even when it had to be moved to a different day. I called ahead and asked if they could replace a burnt out turning signal bulb while my car was there and they said it would be no problem. Well, they didn't end up charging me for that bulb or labor to do so. Then, when I got to my car it was all freshly washed.... INSIDE TOO!!!! They cleaned my floor mats and dusted off the dash. Even throwing out the bit of garbage on the floor of the backseat! I am so impressed with the service I received, I will absolutely be recommending people there.

This was my second time using Boyd Autobody, and once again, they exceeded my expectations with exceptional service and top-quality work. This time around, I was paying out of pocket and didn't have a rental car covered by insurance. With my daily commute to work taking nearly two hours each way on public transit, it was a tough situation. When I shared this with the team at Boyd Crowfoot, they were incredibly understanding and genuinely empathetic. Without hesitation, they went out of their way to help and arranged a rental vehicle for me-something they absolutely didn't have to do. It's rare to find a business that truly cares about its customers, but Boyd Crowfoot is one of those rare gems. I had 3 stone chips in the windshield of our Mitsubishi Outlander filled this afternoon. The customer service at the 2405 Pembina Hwy location is excellent!! In particular, I would like to mention Manmeet. I have been at this location a few times over the past couple of years, and Manmeet is always so very friendly, professional and helpful. Though I hope I do not have to stop by here for repairs on our vehicles too often, it is always a pleasurable experience when we need to. Thank you.
