I was very impressed with the way JB at Boyd handled the process to repair my truck. He was thorough and professional. He explained the estimate and lived up to the commitment of having my truck ready when he said it would be. A courtesy car was provided which was a huge help and knowing I was not going through insurance, he keep the cost reasonable and did not deviate from that amount upon completion. The truck is perfect and you would never know there was ever any damage. It was even vacuumed inside which goes above my expectations. I hope I won't need to use their service again for a long time but if I do, I won't hesitate to take myvehicle there again. I would highly recommend them.

It was a minor item, however I took it to the Abbotsford branch, where they promptly dealt with it. Outstanding service and attitude on the part of Neil C! My experience with the Brandon Manitoba center was excellent. From booking my vehicle in to getting a courtesy car to having vehicle fixed was a great experience. My car was ready so fast and it was all cleaned and even vacuumed. I would recommend Boyd Autobody to everyone. The staff were all very professional and accommodating. 10/10 for all!!!!

The work completed was excellent and the professional & personal manner in which I was treated was above approach. Any future autobody or glass work I have will be taken to Boyd Autobody in Saskatoon for completion.

I have to say that the service and advice that I received from Wendy and Jamie were superb. I had a little trouble with my insurance carrier which was handled very professionally by Wendy. They had refused me the use of a rental car on my claim so Wendy had one provided to me for the day. Incredible!!! Hello, I just wanted to pass on my experience that I had today at one of you locations. The service that I received was AWESOME!! I had just had my car appraised at another shop and the quote was 2100.00. I came to Boyd early and was taken in right away. The estimator Alykhan help me and he was able to buff out 90% of the damage, no problem. He was more than happy to do it and it was done at no charge. The honesty, integrity and enthusiasm that Alykhan has is not seen very often these days. (I know, I work in a big box store as a manager) He is truly an asset to your company and a great person to deal with. I will have no problem sharing this experience to others. He is a great employee and a star. Thank you!!

My experience with Boyd Autobody was great. I brought my car in on Tuesday(Jan 19) & I picked it up on Friday (Jan 22) The damage caused by the deer was completely repaired . All of the staff from Wendy in the office to Chris in the shop that I dealt with were very polite & professional. Very happy & would recommend them business anytime.

My girlfriend and I have never gotten our car broken into before, and were unsure where to take our car for the necessary repairs since the repairs were beyond just the glass. We heard great things about Boyd and decided to take it there, and it was the best thing we could have done for our car. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and fully accommodated to us even though they had quite the heavy workload. One of their estimators, Steven M. immediately greeted us and made us feel extremely welcome right off the bat, he gave us a nice and honest estimate and was very knowledgeable, he explained everything to us thoroughly in detail and made us feel comfortable through out what wasn't such a stressful situation after all. Paulo, the general manager was very friendly and we appreciated his honesty and his general knowledge, it made us ... feel confident and comfortable with our choice to have Boyd service our vehicle. The service we received from every single staff member was world class and upon receiving the keys to our vehicle back we were absolutely amazed by the job that was done to our car, you can really tell the staff do genuinely care for their customers. We love and cherish our car more than anything and it felt like the staff at Boyd cared and treated it like their own with how much work they put into it, we couldn't be more pleased. Lastly, we were Steven's first official claim customers and we couldn't have been any happier with the way he took care of us, he was absolute pleasure to deal with and he did a marvellous job, he even added a personal touch to the repairs of our car and it was very much appreciated.
