I came in to get an estimate on fixing a crack in my windshield. The assistant manager, Joseph Lin, told me that they'd take a look at it, and if I wasn't satisfied with the fix then they wouldn't charge me. In the end I was happy with what they did for me, and he didn't charge me anyway. I really appreciate the service I was given that day! Will definitely recommend!

Richmond Boyd Autobody did a great job repairing the damage to my 2015 Honda Accord Sport. You cannot tell that there had been any damage to the area that was fixed. I appreciated the phone call updates on the progress of the car's repair.

Whenever I have autobody or glass repairs needed, I go to see Rose. Her knowledge and upbeat demeanor makes light of my horrible luck. I even referred my parents to her.

Very pleased with my entire experience. From the initial call immediately after the accident right through to an earlier completion than expected the St. Albert team were fantastic. I have my "baby" back washed and sparkling and looking fabulous.

Jon was great to deal with, and offered a fair quote(quoted 2 other shops also) for the autobody repair. Price came in at what was quoted and even was done a day earlier then had planned. Repair looks great! I would suggest using them.

Extremely happy with the service I received from Robin and everyone I dealt with at Boyd. It's never much fun having to deal with a smashed car window, but their incredible customer service and quick turn around on the work made it a very pleasant experience. They were great about explaining to me the work being done, and dealing with the insurance end of things. Certainly exceeded my expectations and I would happily return here in the future if I have any other glass or autobody needs. Cheers,
