Just want to say Thank you for the great service. My Toyota looks brand new again... and it is a 2003. So appreciated the friendly professional staff that delivered frequent progress updates, the thoroughness of the work and care taken to get my car back on the road. The car rental company that was selected didn't turn out so well, (though I don't see this as something Boyd's can control) yet, again a staff member ( sorry I can't recall the name... maybe Dave?or Jim?) was able to help to get some things straightened out. I would highly recommend Boyd's to anyone I know who requires auto body work. Thank you to everyone. cheers

Boyd Autobody & Glass was fantastic to deal with. From my first phone call to the completion of repairs, each interaction was pleasant, efficient and professional. Each member of their small team knew and addressed me by name and were very accommodating. The repairs on my vehicle were completed early and much faster than anticipated and the process was smooth and hassle-free. I will recommend Boyd's to everyone in my network.

Just had the best treatment by Boyd Auto Body in Marpole. Dropped in with a silly request when my truck lid and a grocery basket had a collision. Robin ordered it fixed while I waited. I was thrilled. While waiting in the office, I noticed that all the calls ( up to 300 per day ) where treated respectfully and appointments were made in a timely fashion. This was not my first experience with Boyd Auto Body and definitely will not be my last. They are great! Thank you for your prompt service. Your new radio ads about customer service are true.
