100% service. Darcy, JB and Susan were great. JB went out of his way to get my truck done with super quality and far exceeded my expectations on the time it took. What a great team and an excellent run business.

I appreciate Robin's great service. He even offer to pick up my car, and get it done the same day we drop off the car.

Everything about my experience was excellent and I couldn't have asked for better. From the always helpful wonderful receptionist to the manager Robin it was fantastic!! This is my second experience with Boyd the previous experience was about 3 years ago and it was also excellent. I would recommend Boyd without hesitation. Please keep up the good work!!!

I was preparing my Honda Civic to be sold and brought my vehicle in for an estimate on some superficial scrapes on the side of my car. The young man working that afternoon suggested trying a rub treatment prior to providing a cost for repair. He did a preliminary brief cleaning and then applied a rub compound followed by a polishing using a drill like tool. The obvious scratches disappeared and my car looked great. I didn't need the expensive paint job I was expecting. Thank you Boyd Autobody.

The customer service and quality of work is beyond belief! The staff make you feel as though they are happy to see you and think of every detail to make the experience as smooth as possible . They even drove me to the sky train and picked me up when the van was finished. Windshield looks great and the van was washed!Choose Boyd? Yes indeed. They care!

This is the second time I have taken a car to them for bodywork. I would recommend them to all my friends and family. I mostly appreciated it when they brought my newly fixed car to me when it was ready. 5 star service all the way

Thank you for the great service and quality of work you have provided. It was a very satisfying experience. There is an exception. When I turned the vehicle in I asked the service person to re attach the heat shield for which I would pay separately. He told me this would be done and included it on the work order and wrote the instruction with marker on the rear window. As it turned out this did not happen. Thanks again.

I just wanted to say how pleased I am with the service I received recently at Boyd. The manager, David , was extremely friendly, helpful and professional from start to finish. The rest of the staff were as well, always answering my questions thoroughly and in a pleasant manner, whether on the phone or in person. It's not often you find customer service like that. All my needs were looked after and I never once felt like I had to push for anything. I will always choose Boyd in the future when the need arises and will highly recommend Boyd to my friends and family.
