I was really impressed with the team at the Bridgeport location. I brought my car in for some minor damage on my rear bumper from a fender bender. In an unrelated incident, my front bumper was shifted to the left and there was some white paint transfer. The technician, Rey, who was fixing my rear bumper, ended up getting my front bumper back in place and removing most of the white paint. One of the glass technicians, Bill, who wasn't working on my car at all, repaired a chip in my windshield. My car looked so much better when they gave it back to me! The girl working at the front, Samantha, was also super friendly, personable and helpful. It's rare to have a team of people that really go above and beyond.

From the time I brought my suv in, to the email feedback on progress, to when I picked it up, all the staff at Boyd were very friendly and professional. The work is outstanding and they took time to explain every detail of the repair with me. I have taken previous vehicles to Boyd and the service and work quality was the same. I will definitely recommend Boyd to others!

I was very impressed with the service I received at this location. Samantha T. was excellent both on the phone to make the appointment and when I arrived at the shop. She greeted me by name on my arrival and had all the necessary documents ready to go. She communicated throughout the day as to the time of completion. At the time of pick up Samantha explained the guarantee and took me personally to my car to inspect the work that had been done. I would recommend the location to my friends with no hesitation. From a first time customer, I was impressed that repair to the damage area of my passenger door was done so that you wouldn't even recognize that damage had been done. Also, it was nice to hear that job was day earlier than what was estimated.

I had fantastic service from the moment I stepped into the Victoria Sooke Road location. Wendy was incredible helping me with all my inquiries and paperwork. Boyd is very lucky to have her on your team. Jamie and Chris were also very helpful and professional in the time my car was being repaired. I especially appreciated the calls from the team updating me on my car. All in all it was a very positive experience you can have while your car is being repaired. The body work done on my car looks great and when I went and picked it up I really appreciated how clean the inside of my car was so thank you to the clean up person as well. Thanks Boyd!

Nothing but good words for the staff of Boyd Autobody in Abbotsford BC. It started with the office staff of Neil and Jennifer, and finished off the the qualified auto repairers in the shop. My wife brought her Honda in about 4 weeks ago, for some auto body work. We were so impressed with their high QUALITY OF WORKMANSHIP , and their pleasant and knowledgeable paper work, that I brought my Malibu in for some body work. It was very nice of them to clean the car's inside and outside. I would truly recommend them to anyone who needs auto body work done.
