I was very pleased with service I received 2 weeks ago from JB who upon doing a quick estimate for a large scratch on my vehicle's rear bumper, assessed it, gave me some advice, saved me money on spending my $300 deductible and buffed it so that it didn't show as much. He was up front, honest, and incredibly helpful. We will be returning to this autobody shop for any future repairs and service because of how happy and satisfied I was from this visit. Overall it was a very good experience.

Excellent service, including client care and quality. I brought my SUV to Boyd to get my windshield replaced and they did a great job! Even made sure my SUV was ready to go earlier than originally scheduled for so I could get a ride to pick it up. From the first point of contact by phone in response to my email, to the final pickup, Jamie, Chris and Wendy were very helpful and accommodating. They even had the inside and out of my SUV washed, cleaned, and vacuumed (which was huge as it's been months since it was done; almost didn't recognize it). Very good experience and I will highly recommend this location!

Right from the get-go, I was treated with kindness, respect, courtesy, proficiency, and an old kind of honest friendly service that most of us miss. The boomers are the largest population segment, after all! I especially give a shout out to Leslie and Tyler....and the friendly young handsome man who occasionally walked by, always extended his friendly smile and acknowledgement. Leslie has a good business sense with a nice demeanor. One you can trust.
