Miguel was fast and eager to assist even though I brought my broken window vehicle in shortly before close. He put the plastic on the broken window so I wouldn't have to do it in the rain! Great service!

I found the service at Boyd's to be friendly, informative and efficient. I was dealt with expeditiously, but not rushed. All my questions and concerns were dealt with in a very courteous and informed manner. I am very pleased with the repair - the paint is a perfect match and the repair is invisible. I will definitely return for any future repairs and I will certainly recommend this store to family and friends.

When my 2008 Mercedes Benz 320ml diesel was hit by a guy reversing out of a parking spot with a huge tow hitch I was devastated. With only 48,000 clicks and not a scratch or chip I was worried that my showroom condition SUV was doomed for good. I warned Wendy, & Jamie that I was a very fussy car owner. I was pleasantly surprised my car came back as good as new. A new door and running board later is what it took. What also impressed me is they didn't mess with my personal, settings and stuff... even the radio stations were the same. Well done to the team on Sooke Road Boyd.

Saved my car when many other autobody shops would've just written it off. I'm in their debt for their hard work and dedication in helping me out. I can't thank them enough for their work on my car.

Great service, great repair job! Tyler was a very nice person to deal with. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. So was the young lady that helped on my pickup of my vehicle (sorry I didn't get your name). Everyone is just so smiley at Boyd!! 5+ star treatment.

After a pretty crappy month of a cracked windshield, then a tree fell on my car and THEN it got keyed it was great to get the help I did from Boyd in Selkirk. Jennifer at the front desk kept me informed and explained everything that was going to happen. Wayne did a great job fixing the key marks and even went over and above and buffed out some marks not related to my claim. Its those extra things that make your day. and make you want to return in the future.
