Thank you to your customer representative Teresa for, once again, making the hassle of car repairs a great experience. It is a rare thing to deal with such a delightful individual who is both professional and engaging, an unexpected pleasure....So glad she works for you!

I was absolutely impresses with the level of service I received today at your shop. I delt with Brianne and she made a scary situation totally bearable. When I first contacted I didn't know what I was doing. what needed to be done or when. She really took the time to explain the process and help me feel at easy. I was shocked how quickly she was able to fit me in and get my repair completed, the courtesy car and the final touch of having my car and windows cleaned was really awesome. High fives to Brianne and the staff of Brandon Boyd.

I was very happy with the complete experience at Boyd. Right from the initial claim stage, to the great communication throughout the repairs and finally to the final result...which was completed earlier than first estimated. Fantastic job and very professional.

Fantastic Service - would be 5 stars, but for the rush at the end, far better to wait until the next day!

I unfortunately had to meet the staff at Boyd's Auto Body, but if I ever have to go through the event I will always return my vehicle here. In fact the workmanship that was done on my vehicle was so good I am intending on bringing in my wife's convertible to have them give me a quote for a paint repair. The staff were very courthouse and thoughtful and when there was an minor issue they called me for my approval before continuing on with the repairs which was greatly appreciated. I recommend this shop for any services both personal and for insurances purposes.

I did not have an appointment, and the workers were totally ok with that, squeezing me in for a wind shield repair 20 minutes before closing. I would definitely recommend Boyd to everyone I know who ever needs glass repairs for their car!
