Sometimes when I get exceptional service I would like to scream it out loud. From the moment I walked into the Red Deer Boyd Autobody & Glass I knew I picked the right place. I didn't even need to go for a second Quote. The friendly estimator, front end counter staff, and the wonderful lady who did the walk around with me upon pickup of my vehicle were all a delight. My hood was badly damaged and although they were booked for weeks they fit my repair in right away as my vehicle was dangerous to drive. I was told it could be up to 4 days to complete the repairs and in 2 days I got the call my vehicle was fixed. Great Job Red Deer!!!!!

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the quality of the work. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and supportive in dealing with the claim. They took all the stress out of what can be a very stressful situation. I highly recommend Boyd. I especially want to thank Chris, Wendy and Jamie!

I recently visited Boyd after my car had been hit twice with no driver information left and they made a stressful situation much easier on me. I was greeted immediately and an estimator was done his part quickly. After mentioning I will have to wait to repair as I have two deductibles to pay now, they went out of their way to take the time to screw my bumper back on in the meantime so my car is safe to drive until then. Thank you Boyd for making an unfortunate situation as easy as possible!
