Jason the location manger on Nairn was more than I could ask for when getting my 2003 VW Beetle serviced for some body damage and a repaired windshield. He was highly knowledgeable and kind in his presentation. He is a positive addition to your family and as I told him, he earned a customer for life....actually scheduled my truck for next week.

Accidents are always an inconvenience, but from the time we phone our Insurance Claims Department and they booked the appointment for us to take the vehicle in for an estimate. Chrystal and the team was excellent!! everything was organized down to the rentals, and the repairs was done in a timely manner. Thanks to everyone....job well done!!

Exceptional service ... prompt and great work! Have had a couple fender benders done over the years (mostly my wife :), but recently took my collector's car in to ask a few questions> They promptly put it on a lift answered my questions and made a few recommendations. No wait and no charge. Excellent, first class shop. Would never think of taking body or repair work elsewhere. Highly recommend.

Our car was stolen and the waiting process was long - our insurance company never returned our calls and never called us with updates; however, thru the entire 2 month process - Boyd kept us informed at all times, even calling to let us know there was no updates - although it was determined after 2 months that the car was a loss; I am extremely grateful for the outstanding service we received; especially Chris and Wendy - these are two outstanding employees that made this horrible process more comfortable - I don't normally fill out surveys - but there outstanding dedication to excellent service needs to be recognized in the corporate office - they are both outstanding and I will definitely return should I need any future services for my new car. Many thanks!!

First i went to a different shop that REALLY REALLY sucked on Goldstream but thankfully i ended up at BOYD autobody. They (Wendy and Chris and crew) went above and beyond to make my experience a good one. (trust me it is hard to have a good experience when someone just hit your vehicle) Good quality work done quickly and honestly - and i am fussy!!! NO B.S. to deal with and everything was explained in great detail - BRAVO and a job well done - I would not hesitate to have them do more work on my vehicle in the future

I had my SUV repaired at King Edward, Matt did the body work and I have to say that it looks brand new again! He did a fantastic job as did the painters. I was advised by phone and email as to the progress on my vehicle on a regular basis, such a nice touch. Thank you to everyone that I dealt with at Boyd from the people on Lakewood and King Edward.

I found the people at Boyd to be very courteous and professional. They kept me informed regarding the progress of my car and were very flexible when it came to me picking up my car. I felt as though they went the 'extra mile'. I would recommend the people at Boyd in Abbotford, BC to anyone.
