The service received was exceptional and the quality was fantastic. We had our car back within 48 hours and the staff were very professional and accommodating. We definitely will recommend Boyd Autobody to all our friends. We came to Boyd after being very disgusted with our attempt to have the work done through the dealership where we bought the car. We should have gone to Boyd first, and will in future if the need ever arises again.

The team at this location were excellent! The workmanship was and is always superb. I did have a huge problem with the rental company, Enterprise. I told the Manager and he got on the phone without hesitation and called the Enterprise. I was very impressed with the customer service and will continue always bring my business to the Boyd Autobody on Henderson Hwy. Thank you!

This is the second time I have gone to Boyd Autobody in Richmond. The service is fantastic and the repairs were both above and beyond what I expected. This is a first class place and I would highly recommended to anyone needing car repairs.

A streak of bad luck ended when I made contact with the team at Boyd Autobody. From the first encounter there, I knew I was in good hands. I called Boyd as an inquiry hours before I arrived and when I entered the office, they used my name and remembered my story. The personal approach continued as Gale reviewed the damage to the car. It was extensive and our car was old. Gale was so personable and supportive, but also straight forward with the issues at hand. From there, Gale handled the paperwork with the insurance company accurately and quickly so the work started imminently. When the car was taken in for repair I was offered a rental with Enterprise, my favorite car rental agency. Beyond the amazing service, what a perfect job they did on the car itself. The car looks great. When I have had comments about the car's appearance, I ... eagerly recommend Boyd Autobody. Thanks for all that you do! read more

My F350 needed a windshield replaced, but the insurance company had an exclusion on my policy, one I did not know about. Wendy from Boyd immediately brought this to my attention. At the end of the day, it was all sorted out & the job was completed & covered. Thank you Wendy for your quick response on my behalf & thank you Boyd Auto Body for an amazing job & professional service. My truck came out vacuumed, washed & looking like new. Great job, Wendy, Jamie & Chris. Boyd Auto Body is the only place I will use for any future repairs. Highly recommended!

I got a scratch polished off my care today at Boyd Autobody and Glass just off Yellowhead Trail. I dealt with the manager there Phil. My experience was top notch and Phil will extremely pleasant to deal with. My car came out better than I expected and they washed the exterior and wiped down the interior which was such a nice surprise. I will go back to this location every time as it is the best experience I have had to date at an auto body shop. I will also highly recommend them to everyone I know. Great job!!!
