The manager (David B) and staff at Boyd Auto body were very helpful, cheerful and accommodating. My car was so clean, it even smelled good after the repairs were made. Great job and great people! I was shocked to see the staff had found a loony in my car and put it where I could see it. Now that's honesty.

I have had the opportunity to deal with this Boyd location in the past with excellent results "very pleased". Nov. 5/14,I took my vehicle in to this location with a warter leak issue. They took the vehicle ASAP kept it all day and overnight. called me to pick up the vehicle saying they felt they found the cause. I went to pay and told there would be no charge. I obviously was very pleased. Guess what as of Nov 28/14 NO sign of any water. Thanks to Mike-mgr. and Lawrevce-employee.

I am so happy that I got my mercedes benz back from Boyd yesterday. When I received my car, I am very happy that my car is polished. It looks like a new car again! I have to admire Samantha for the stellar customer service that she has provided to me while my car is at Boyd. From the first day that I got into a car accident, Samantha has been very helpful and caring to me. She arranged me for a courtesy car. Without her help, I would be in trouble to arrange a courtesy car myself. Her stellar services do not ended here, she kept me inform about the status of the repair; so that I know how long and how much work has been done on my car. She is patient, professional, caring and very clear on answering the questions that I have every time I contact her regards to the status of my car. When she mentioned to me that I will be getting my car ... back and my car will be polished, I am very surprised that Boyd provide that service to me as a client. I am very satisfied with Boyd's service for my car. I am glad that Samantha is there at Boyd as a customer service representative. She certainly kept me claim and informed for the period my car is being repair at Boyd. So Stellar! Thanks so much for her help and all the staffs that have involved in the process of the repairing of my car. Touch wood! Took my car in to replace a crack windshield. Great service all the way through. Everything was hassle free and explained clearly. Samantha did a terrific job of taking care of my insurance claim and explaining the work. Best of all is that the staff is well aware of the customer's time and call me back with updates on claim process and what my options were. Very satisfy with the service and the workmanship on the replacement window was great as well.
