Oh My Goodness! Thank-you so much! My daughter's wedding is right around the corner and I was, rushing around to finish last minute plans, I accidentally grazed the side of my car backing up out of the garage......Such bad timing and SO embarrassing! I stopped by Boyd to see what could be done, there is a minor scrape and tiniest of dents which I will have deal with when money is more available.......but what I am so grateful for is they took some paint remover and removed the horrific evidence of my embarrassing mistake for no charge! I need the car to be used for the wedding and only if you inspected very closely you could see the scratch and tiny dent! You saved me Boyd, thanks to Jeremy and the Boyd Pembina Highway Location!

I am very impressed by how my case was handled by your employees, the helpfulness of the staff and the promptness of the repair. The only thing I think that could be improved is making sure the detailing of the vehicle was not done very well. The vehicle was still quite dirty and we found broken glass still in the back of our truck when I got it back. Thanks

Perfect would describe my experience at the New Westminster shop. Terry Kinamore gave good suggestions which I followed, they finished the repairs in 2 days rather than the estimated 3, and I was treated well by him, reception, and the driver who transported me home and later picked me up (and didn't mind my little dog with me). Thank you so much for a good experience in a time of trouble. And oh yes, the car was perfectly repaired, cleaned inside, and washed!

Chris and the other staff at boyd were truly amazing. They were super friendly and really went more than that extra mile for me. This was the 3rd time I've had to get a new bumper and my first time at boyd. It will be the only place I go to from now on. You guys are amazing!!!

Boyd Autobody front office staff of Cathy and Lee as well as back shop staff are very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I cannot say it enough, Boyd Autobody and Glass are the best. From the smallest to the largest of dents and dings, the courtesy and workmanship of this shop staff is great. A+

Went in for a chip repair, using a Groupon. Expected it would be a luke warm reception since not a big money maker. Pleasantly mistaken however, the fellow was very welcoming, the young lady in the office was very pleasant, the manager happened to come by (Larry) and chatted with me, and not only did they fix the chip, they WASHED MY TRUCK! Which really needed it. Excellent service! I will tell my friends and neighbours
