I have a 2013 F150 that I use for work. I try and keep it tidy, but being on work sites daily it can get the occasional mark. Sometime in the last couple of months I managed to get a black mark along the right hand side of the box. I've had a fair amount of work done at Boyd (2 kids) and had always been very pleased with their work. I thought that I'd check in to see if they might be able to recommend a compound that I could use to remove the scratch. Instead they said to bring the truck around into the shop and they'd see what they could. They proceeded to cut-polish and wax the mark out of the box over the next 20 or so minutes, and when I asked them how much they'd like, they wouldn't accept anything. Again, I'm extremely pleased with their work and professionalism.

I took my car into Boyd on Tuesday for a rear bumper and passenger rear door problems. I received a telephone call on Thursday telling me my car was in the paint shop. On Friday I picked up my car and I could not see where any of the work was done. It looked better than new - perfect. The persons I dealt with acted in a professional and helpful manner. They knew their jobs and knew the answers to my questions. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I would suggest Boyd Autobody to any person I know that needed their services. Thank you

Back in 2007 I had Boyd Autobody do a collision repair on my '05 Chrysler Crossfire. Recently, when a computer failed on the car the problem was traced back to a water leak at the site of the original repair. I was concerned that after all this time that the company would not honour it's guarantee. I was wrong!. Not only did Boyd repair the leaky area they also sourced a replacement computer, installed and tested it at no charge! Some companies offer a guarantee but don't deliver, but Boyd Auto Body and Glass certainly did. I must also mention that they cleaned my car inside and out, provided me with a courtesy car while mine was being repaired and made several calls to Chrysler Corp to ensure the repairs were done correctly. My fridge tray was broken and I asked if they could do a spot weld. I was asked to come back in 2 hours and not only did Jose do that, but he also painted over it. My wife will be delighted! The staff was so courteous and friendly and I wasn't even charged. I had previously come in to get my windshield replaced and was thrilled that they also detailed the interior of the car. Customer service is outstanding. Thank you!
