Really appreciate the fast and friendly service. Car repairs look great. Would have liked someone to go over the repairs done however. All in all great service and a good job done. If necessary...which I hope not...will utilize their services and would recomend them to others.

Contact Boyd through its website. Sent its office with pictures of areas and parts of my car that required replacements and repairs via email. It only took under an hour for Boyd to reply with suggestions as to the practicality of the repairs needed and that will also meet my budget. Boyd managed to get me an appointment first thing Monday morning. I left my car for a day and have it back at 4:00 pm with its brand new windshield and taillights. So happy with the service, and now enjoying my car.

Thank you for the work you did on my Kia Soul. You were so accommodating - and polite - when I had to change my appointment time. And, the work is great - the windshield is great. And, I was very moved that the car had been cleaned inside and out - such the extra mile and so appreciated (and if you didn't sparkle up my car then the new windshield does wonders at making the car look new!! Thanks either way!). Thanks so much.

Great fast and friendly service. Job was done right first time and in the time frame quoted. Excellent glass service, I have not used their autobody repair service, but would anticipate the same dedication. Clean and organized shop. I was impressed.

What can I say? I have always heard Boyd Autobody was the place to go for great work, heard that for years. But this was my first time with them and their reputation preseeds them. I dropped my truck off for an insurance claim at 12:30 on a Friday, they had my courtesy car waiting for me the staff was very friendly and said I would be getting updates on my truck on Tuesdays and Thursdays. At work my co-workers were asking me how long would it take to fix? and I was like well its the weekend kinda of a write off for starting new work on a truck when there were probably others needing the final touches. Monday they called offered a better plan then what the insurance company would cover I said go for it. Tuesday morning they called me again saying the parts are in and they are working on my truck. It is now Wednesday morning, my truck is ... ready and waiting for me! I head down and pick up my truck, she is spotless full detailed wash inside and out floor mats vacuuming dash cleaned everything, not to mention the work was perfect not a single blemish can be seen! After years of knowing their quality work they put into their cars I finally have my own first hand experience and I will always go to Boyd for any body work from this day forward. Thank you so much. read more

I was just at the Boyd Autobody & Glass location on Lakewood Blvd to have my rear view mirror re-attached to the windshield. All staff were very attentive and courteous, while I waited for the work to be done. Very efficient and the work was completed within 1/2 hour, complimentary. Thank you so much !

Hi This was the third time I used Boyd at this location. Twice for my car and once for my wife's. Terry was really great. I was kept up to date on the repairs and the cars were repaired in a very nice fashion. In fact I have recommended this Boyd location to other potential customers. Great work Boyd and Terry.
