I can't say enough about pleased I am to have met Gale and Rose at Boyd Auto Body. I had considerable body damage that needed to be repaired and I received phenomenal service from Gale and Rose all the way from the initial assessment to completion. Not only was the work done for the price that Gale quoted me, he went even further in having the door handle fixed and touch-up paint applied to the bumper. When I picked up my car and saw that the inside and outside was detailed completely, I was floored. If I ever need work done in the future I sure as heck know who I will be going to. Right from the beginning when I entered the building, I was pleasantly greeted by the office staff and then someone came out to estimate my vehicle. I was given clear direction what to do next. In the end, when I went to pick up my vehicle, same friendly greeting from office staff. The repair work was done within the promised time. My vehicle was like new on the outside and when I got in I couldn't believe how shiny and clean it was! Thankyou!!

We got an estimate from another local auto-body shop, then went to Kris on an associate's recommendation. Kris was able to get the repair work completed for 35% less, not by sacrificing quality but by being fair and practical in his approach. He gets my strongest recommendation.

I had excellent service right from the moment I walked in the door. Gale M., Assistant Manager, went right out side and quickly documented the damage on my wife's CRV. He set up everything from contacting CDI my insurance provider to setting up a loner car from Enterprise Car rentals. He followed up with a phone call when everything was done. I really appreciated his accurate assessment of when the repair would be done. Thank you Gale and BOYD Autobody and Glass for great customer service.
