I wish to complement Boyd Automotive and Glass for your North Battleford, Saskatchewan employee, Catherine (Cathy) B, I have taken different vehicles to Boyd over the years for repair and, apart from the good work and service, Cathy has been one of the reasons I return rather than look to other auto body shops. Her courtesy, friendliness, knowledge and willingness to "go above and beyond" is refreshing in this day of poor customer service. Congratulations to Boyd and thanks to Cathy

Was extremely pleased. Excellent customer service from everyone I dealt with. Not only did they fix my car in the time they said they would, and they did an excellent job, but it was cleaner when I picked it up than when I dropped it off, inside and out. (little things mean alot). It was a pleasant surprise. I would recommend them to anyone, and wouldn't hesitate to go back if I needed to.

I can't say enough about pleased I am to have met Gale and Rose at Boyd Auto Body. I had considerable body damage that needed to be repaired and I received phenomenal service from Gale and Rose all the way from the initial assessment to completion. Not only was the work done for the price that Gale quoted me, he went even further in having the door handle fixed and touch-up paint applied to the bumper. When I picked up my car and saw that the inside and outside was detailed completely, I was floored. If I ever need work done in the future I sure as heck know who I will be going to. Thanks Gale and Rose! Mark

Right from the beginning when I entered the building, I was pleasantly greeted by the office staff and then someone came out to estimate my vehicle. I was given clear direction what to do next. In the end, when I went to pick up my vehicle, same friendly greeting from office staff. The repair work was done within the promised time. My vehicle was like new on the outside and when I got in I couldn't believe how shiny and clean it was! Thankyou!!

I was very impressed with the service. The girls were very friendly and explained everything very well. I was also very happy with how fast they took care of my car. And washing my car after service really is a nice feature!!I would certainly recommend Boyd Auto Body to my friends. I have had some horrible experiences with Auto Body Shops and I am really glad I came to Boyd!!!! Thanks again for the great service. Keep up the good work!!

Everything very fast and easy and repairs were done quickly. They went the extra length to see that the entire repair was covered by insurance. When I got the car back it was cleaner inside and out than it has been since I bought it.

I was really happy I brought my car into Boyd, they did such a good job and I really appreciated the extra work they did on my car! I brought it in to replace a broken window and they also fixed one of my broken locks with no charge.

Kris K. and his team did an excellent job in getting the repair work done on my son's car efficiently and on a very timely basis. We got an estimate from another local auto-body shop, then went to Kris on an associate's recommendation. Kris was able to get the repair work completed for 35% less, not by sacrificing quality but by being fair and practical in his approach. He gets my strongest recommendation.
