From the time I entered the shop until the time I picked up my car, I felt that the customer service was absolutely fantastic! Samantha was incredibly friendly and promised that aside from the work that was being done on my car, they would, without charge, remove some paint that was on the door. I was shocked and happily surprised by this gesture of kindness. I will definitely be back and would recommend Boyd to anyone. Thank you!

From the moment Dave answered the telephone I knew I was in good hands. He was informative, helpful, pleasant; the office assistant was equally so. Despite being up to his rear end in "broken glass and alligators" (busy) the staff had time for me. When leaving Dave made sure I knew what to watch for if the glue didn't set, etc. Great service managed all by the staff at Boyd's. Thank you so much, Jackie
