A few weeks ago, one of our corporate vehicles was vandalized overnight. I phoned Rishi on the Saturday morning after the incident, as we needed to have the vehicle towed and arrange for a replacement car. Despite the fact that it was a weekend, Rishi dropped everything to have our car towed to his shop. He also arranged for the driver to pick up a replacement car at a location close to his home. Our vehicle was repaired, detailed and returned that week - everything handled expertly and efficiently (as usual) by Rishi and his team. I cannot say enough about how much their dedication to customer service is appreciated and also how it helped to reduce the stress caused by this incident. The driver of the car has now dubbed Rishi "The Fixer" he was so impressed by how efficiently things were done!

My experience with Boyd Autobody far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I had called to advise them that I would have their shop repair my icbc claim, the service was top notch. Joseph L. was absolutely awesome. Though it took some time to completely restore my car, he would phone me to provide updates every few days so I would not have to call and gave me complete confidence that all the work would be done perfectly. Even his manager had called me to give me updates and assist in any way as well. As expected, when I picked up my car today, it was in showroom condition. Though I will be moving from richmond soon, if I have any claims or repairs in future, I will 100% without a doubt bring my car to Boyd Autobody in RIchmond and I will recommend their shop to any friends or family that have any claims as well. Thank you again.

My experience with Boyd Richmond was nothing but pleasure. The front office staffs were extremely informative, helpful and professional. I was constantly informed of the status of my vehicle as well as the anticipated delivery date. Rishi B., who was the General Manager, was extremely pleasant to deal with. He not only went above and beyond to service his clients but also accommodated to my customer service requests. Staff at Scurfield service centre were very pleasant and accommodating. Attended for auto body repair and was given an appointment for the work to be done only 2 days later! They arranged for the rental car to be brought to the service centre so that I didn't have to make an extra stop. The timeframe they provided to have the work done to the car was right on and the vehicle was ready on the date specified. Very pleasant surprise when I picked up the vehicle as it had been washed and the interior of the car was cleaned and all surfaces wiped down! Very appreciated as a vehicle that drives around 3 young children can get very messy. Highly recommend this location and would definitely use them again if bodywork was needed.

The personnel, especially it's operations manager, Anier, are very much customer oriented and really embodied its mission of "wowing" every single customer. The services are really fast, and delivered promises ahead of time. My car was so clean, inside and outside, when delivered. They were really awesome and worth recommending to my friends!!!

I was there twice once for hail damage and the other for a hit and run on our van.. They were awesome and very good.. I would highly recommend them for any auto body work that u need to get done!!

I showed up with no appointment to get a stone chip repaired and I was in and out after 30 minutes! I had a full windshield replaced previously and they washed my car inside and out as well. They have also been vary accommodating with changing appointment dates. I am very satisfied with the customer service and will definitely use them in the future!

They were amazing got me a great rental, filled me in on all the details and and extra damage they had found. They were always pleasant to deal with, very knowledgeable. They had done extra work out of the goodness of their hearts since, Mpi wouldn't cover it. They are amazing and I would recommend them to my friends and family. I will be bring my vehicle this location only. They went above and beyond on service.

WOW!! I just got my truck back and it looks great! The entire staff at Boyd Autobody on 32nd in Calgary was awesome, from the estimate to bringing my vehicle in and the rental process - keeping me informed of the progress, and then to pickup. I had insurance repairs done, and also some cosmetic work I had put off for a few years. My truck looks and feels like new - the best experience I have had in an unfortunate set of circumstances. Thank you Boyd and I will be sure if I am ever in need - I hope not! - but if so, will bring my vehicle to you as well as I will be telling my friends about Boyd!

They were absolutely amazing! Received updates by either phone or email on Tues. and Thursdays. Gave us a courtesy car to use with extremely minimal cost. They were faster than the time they estimated, and when we got the final bill it was considerably less than what was quoted. The van was clean and polished when we got it back! Katherine runs an amazing show there and I would HIGHLY recommend them. They were recommended to me and I have already passed on the information of their incredible work to others.
