All of your staff was very polite and efficient. I contacted you after stupidly backing my car into a post and I felt very awful and down. However your staff were so kind and efficient and timely in repairing my car. My car looks brand new now! Thank you and I would recommend you if someone else I know has an unfortunate accident.

Excellent and fast service from everyone involved. Very satisfied and if bad luck strike again, I will not hesitated to go back to Boyd.

Everything about the expereince was fantastic. It was easy for me, they were timely, helpful and informative. There were small things, like them starting my car for me on a very cold winter day when I pulled up so it would be warm when I got in it that has made me a return customer. Dave in particular was very helpful.

From the time I entered the shop until the time I picked up my car, I felt that the customer service was absolutely fantastic! Samantha was incredibly friendly and promised that aside from the work that was being done on my car, they would, without charge, remove some paint that was on the door. I was shocked and happily surprised by this gesture of kindness. I will definitely be back and would recommend Boyd to anyone. Thank you!

MPI collision claim taken to Boyd 730 Nairn Ave. on Feb. 21/14. Picked up my 2003 Honda Civic on Feb. 25/14. Finished product was very nice. Staff (Samantha, and male technician--u/k name) were professional and courteous. Happy with overall service.

From the moment Dave answered the telephone I knew I was in good hands. He was informative, helpful, pleasant; the office assistant was equally so. Despite being up to his rear end in "broken glass and alligators" (busy) the staff had time for me. When leaving Dave made sure I knew what to watch for if the glue didn't set, etc. Great service managed all by the staff at Boyd's. Thank you so much, Jackie
