I'd like to thank you for doing such a great job on the auto body fix. It is great customer service from everyone especially the Samantha and Joseph at the front desk, and Navin as well. The car wash was professionally done inside and outside. Thank you guys!!

Very professional staff - they made me feel at ease and were very clear about the whole process. If I find I ever need any work done on any of my vehicles, I will most definitely have it done by Boyd Autobody.

They were absolutely amazing! Received updates by either phone or email on Tues. and Thursdays. Gave us a courtesy car to use with extremely minimal cost. They were faster than the time they estimated, and when we got the final bill it was considerably less than what was quoted. The van was clean and polished when we got it back! Katherine runs an amazing show there and I would HIGHLY recommend them. They were recommended to me and I have already passed on the information of their incredible work to others. Thank you so very much!!

Great service from start to finish--from the initial phone inquiry to window chip repair. Absolutely accommodating, professional, efficient, professional, personable and understanding. I felt supported and appreciated right from the get go. Everyone is giving their "A" games to provide customer service excellence. I am totally impressed and grateful for a super experience. My Jeep feels much better with the care it received at Boyd Auto Glass Richmond. Thank you!!!

I found the staff very professional and courteous, and they also answered all of the questions I had. They estimated it would take about nine days to complete the repairs, but they surprised me when they called on day seven and said the repairs were done!! Great work from everyone. Thanks very much.

I was pleased with how they were there if I had any questions regarding my car and updates. I was very pleased that my car was very clean inside after getting all the repairs done to it. They were also pretty good at trying to keep the date for completion on time. Thankyou :)

Truck looks great, Updates were prompt and the staff was excellent at addressing my questions. Given the level of service, I look forward to returning at a later date to get some non-insurance repairs on my vehicle and perhaps some auto-glass replacement. Thanks.
