I was really upset when my car window was smashed and even more so when I realized there was also damage to the inside of the car and the window frame. My Kia dealer set up the appointment with Boyd. When I arrived Robin greeted me and assured me that all would be taken care of and I would have to do nearly nothing. He was right, it went very smoothly and Boyd also took care of the cost of a rental car for me. Robin was very professional and kept me updated on the status of my car repairs. I would return back to Boyd if I had another issue with my vehicle.

Rob and Jeremy were excellent front line people. I really felt that they had my interests at heart. I received calls almost immediately asking if I needed assistance with a car rental. That was arranged promptly by Jeremy. My vehicle had been towed to compound and was not seen by an adjuster for a number of days. Jeremy called immediately as soon as they received my car. I was called twice weekly with updates. I picked up my vehicle today and am completely satisfied with the outcome. The car was clean inside and out. The service for the Ford Fusion was second to none! Cathy Beland was on it from the minute I brought the car in for assessment. She ordered the part for me when it came in they painted it up. I just had to bring my car in at my convenience where it only took a few hours for the job to be completed. They did a superb job and I am more than satisfied.

This was the second time I had taken my car to Boyd's.The staff again were very pleasant and very efficient. I was particularly appreciative because they very kindly did not charge me to fix some small chips in windshield. As I was just about to head off for a long trip I wanted to make sure my windshield didn't crack on the trip but had been humming and hawing about getting them fixed since they were so small. I really appreciated the gesture. I would definitely recommend Boyd's to my friends.
