I was in Boyd yesterday and received amazing service. I had Matthew helping me at the front desk he was every knowledgeable about the service that they offered and answered all my questions. I just went in to get a quote for my car door handle he took a quick look at my handle brought Chris out his tech and had it fix in 10mins there was nothing broken just slipped out of place. The service was great and professional I booked an appointment to have my bumper fix. Thanks Guys keep up the Great work!

I have used this Boyd Autobody location before and knew that the service was good. It's even better than I remember! Mathew and the rest of the team were polite, courteous, prompt and thorough from start to finish. He made sure that my car was brought inside during the bitter cold snap Winnipeg experienced this year, and that anyone needing to move my car knew about the sticky gear shift. My car was cleaned inside and out, and because he knew I would be arriving at a specific time to pick it up, he had it running for me when I arrived. The staff at Boyd provide stellar service and I recommend Boyd Autobody, especially this location, to everyone. Thanks so much!

Having worked in my career in a senior management HR capacity as well as in Project Management, I am pleased to provide this feedback. What an exceptional team and leader. I had the privilege of talking with the staff both with the manager present and not. Same behavior. The staff, while quite a bit younger than my 55+yrs, were customer focused, professional, and, from a project management point of view, (especially the gentleman, Mathew?) were forward thinking, communicated well, managed expectations, coordinated and communicated status. Noteworthy. I will be letting others know about my experience and what a good experience it was. From the moment I walked in the door to completed project, it was something else. I could only hope to have companies in a project that would have staff as competent, relaxed and focused as this branch's team ... and leader. They provided me with a complete roadmap as to what resources were required, timelines, contingency plans (including car), no drama, and communicated with me every step of the way. Would hope that some of these staff are being groomed for ops management or other management roles and that that is part of their performance eval and career planning within the company. I have "raided" companies in past as part of my role in change management and to find the brightest. Had this event occurred when I worked in a senior hr role, this team or members of it would have been on my radar. I am sure their competencies and commitment to their manager and boyd's culture is not unnoticed. They are proud to be a part of your company. Congrats. read more

Just before Christmas I had a single vehicle accident. Along with all the usual worry about getting my vehicle repaired I was worried about all the running around that my family was committed to over the holiday. The staff at Boyd Richmond were professional and took the time to help outline options that were available and help me make informed choices about how best to navigate the repair process with ICBC and the Boyd repair shop. I couldn't have wished for any better service..right from the phone call to come for an assessment of the vehicle damage, through the scheduling of an appointment to bring the vehicle in for the fix up, to the regular updates on the fixing, to the final call, that my vehicle was all fixed and ready for pick -up the service was friendly, informative, helpful, and professional...what a great job on the repair looks brand new.. I would return any time I would need the service, and would highly recommend this shop to anyone

I was recently in Vancouver to purchase a vehicle. Once I viewed the car I was potentially going to purchase I realized I would feel more comfortable having it checked out by a professional. Knowing Rishi for many years, I knew he was the right guy for this job. Since I had to return home for business, I reached out to him and had the car brought to his shop during my transaction. Rishi came in on a sunday and spent 2 hours personally viewing and inspecting all aspects of the car to ensure I was getting what I had seen in the pictures. I was looking to spend some money on fixing small chips and scratches as the car was a couple of years old but Rishi advised me that most of this is superficial and he could polish it out for no charge himself. After taking care of all of my requests and handling these small details I was assured by Mr. ... Bakshi that this BMW was ready to roll and I should be "worry free" about finalizing the deal. He even took the time to drive the seller to the train station once he dropped the cars and paper work off. I then finalized the deal and Rishi has helped ship my new 650i to Edmonton for me. I was blown away by the extent that Rishi went to for me for a job that he was not financially benefiting from. On the flipside, I knew due to his professional nature that I could count on him. Although this was more of a personal transaction and not directly linked to a Boyd "Sale" I will continue to hold Rishi and Boyd in high regards. We do have many Boyd location in Edmonton and i am sold on spreading the word. Everyone needing automotive assistance should experience this type of personalized service that Boyd offers. read more

Once again I found myself pulling into the driveway at Boyd Richmond. Once again I was welcomed by the warm knowledgeable staff and given the most professional service one could ask for. Hats off to Rishi once again. From the time I call him and explain my situation and the nature of my claim to the time he hands my keys back to me, I know my car is in the right place. My VW was in at Boyd Richmond prior to the holidays for a minor accident I had with a raccoon. During the course of the repairs I was constantly informed and updated by Rishi via text or email and was told "Let me worry about the car".... this peace of mind is one of the many reasons I return to this location for my auto service needs. Since my first experience here I have passed on Rishi's and Boyd's name to many family members and colleagues. I will continue to ... support this location and Rishi as long as I own a vehicle.
