Excellent service. Rishi B. had my car repaired in a timely fashion, the whole process was easy. I had my car evaluated right there and was put into a courtesy car right away. When i came to pick up the car it was detailed and ready to drive off immediately. Time is valuable to everyone and the staff at richmond respected that. Thank you.

On November 27, 2013 I went to the Boyd on Henderson Hwy in Winnipeg and asked if they could possibly fit me in for a repair that day. The day before someone had tried to break into my car through my driver's side window - leaving it half open, and off the track, unable to close. It was cold, snowing and I was freezing driving in my car with the window half open. The manager (Bob?) told me he would do his best to fit me in! By the end of the day, Boyd repaired the window for free! What great service. I want to thank everyone at Boyd on Henderson for a great Christmas present! I will tell all my friends to go to your location for fast friendly service! Mark S
