I accidentally backed out of the garage and broke my side mirror. I emailed Boyd that evening and had an appointment for the next day already! Rob Burns took down my info, gave me the options and costs and said that I could have it installed within a few days! I scheduled an appointment around my work and they called to confirm and insure me that they had the part, they even helped me out GREATLY by recycling the cover so it minimized my cost. Rob and his staff were amazing. When I arrived I expected to be there a few hours but within 20 minutes they were totally done! THANKS FOR THE AWESOME SERVICE!! I will be certain to pass my recommendation along to my friends!!

We brought our 2006 Mazda 3 into the shop. This was our second visit to Boyd. Our first visit went extremely well due to the excellent service provided by JB Khangura and his team. As a result, using Boyd again was a no brainer for us. Once again, it is worth mentioning that JB and his team took very good care of us. Our service was not only done on a timely basis but also the quality of work was excellent. Thanks to JB and his team.

It's always a bit of an inconvenience having to bring your vehicle in for repairs after a collision . But it was very convenient bringing my truck in to Boyd in new westminster ,upon arrival I was greeted with a cup of coffee from the very nice lady that helped me at the counter ,then set me up with pele at enterprise rent a car all at the same place ! Pele set me up pretty fast with a very nice Kia Which I preferred over a larger vehicle . My truck was ready for me the next day! I just picked up my pickup truck from Boyd in new west , I had a minor fender bender and was very pleasantly surprised to have my whole bumper replaced ! Plus they detailed my truck for me inside and out! The whole experience was great I give it at definite 10 and I will definitely pick Boyd in new west again for future needs Regards Kathy weis

As an owner of small businesses in Greater Victoria I have an immense appreciation for great customer service. I know what it takes to impress customers in today's economy. Customers want it done properly and quickly with no hassles. Glenn,Michelle and the crew at Boyd on John st in Victoria did all that and more. I wish I had known about them years ago. I was wondering if I would get that big business attitude of just being another number but they treated me like I was the most important customer at their shop. Isn't that what we all want to feel like?

I walked into boyd slightly annoyed that I had to deal with a random break in attempt on my car. Right away I was greeted with smiles and an awesome attitude from Sam at the front desk. Paolo came over to introduce himself and it was just a blur of being taken care of from that point on. I really didn't have to stress or deal with anything. Paolo also managed to save me a truck load of money by keeping me updated and including me in the decision making. I would definitely recommend this shop for all your autobody needs.

Who would have thought I would have been involved in an accident with my own vehicle and then less than a week later an accident with a Boyd Auto loaner car. Thankfully both were not my fault and I was not injured. My own car was returned to me yesterday and looks wonderful. The manager, Larry McKenzie went beyond what I would have ever expected from a Body Shop and it was a pleasant experience with him. He communicated with me from the very beginning, telling when Boyd would pick up my car and bring me a loaner and finally when my car was ready for pickup. The quality of work is beyond excellent. When I called Larry regarding my accident with the Boyd loaner car in my own driveway, he told me to bring the car back to them and another car would be available immediately. All in all two great experiences and I will definitely recommend Boyd ... Auto Body to everyone when the subject comes up. read more

I was updated as to progress regularly during my brand new car's (Mini Cooper) stay at Boyd Autobody. As this was a stressful time, I was very appreciative of their attention to my car and myself.
