It was a Tuesday and I needed a drivers side mirror replaced before the weekend. I called 5 different autobody shops in Vancouver from the ICBC website. All 5 said they couldn't even see the vehicle until next week. I finally asked the last body shop receptionist if she knew a shop that could do it - she basically whispered "go to Boyd". I called and Gale said no problem - you shouldn't have to wait a week for a mirror. Sure enough, brought it in and Robin helped me right away - mirror was fixed within 2 hours - perfect job. These guys run a tight ship with excellent customer service. Shawn.

I had bent my front license plate on a concrete barrier in a parking lot, and went to Boyd to get it fixed. They very kindly repaired it free of charge. I was most surprised…and pleasantly so. One seldom gets something for nothing these days. Thank you so much; it made my day.

The service was tremendous. Mark and Linda were very pleasant and professional. They explained all the steps involved in my repair, arranged for my rental call, etc. Also, on the morning of my appointment day there were 3 of us that arrived at the same time. One of the customers had got out of the wrong side of the bed and was very angry as he had neglected to get a damage sticker. Linda and Mark both handled this rude customer in a pleasant and helpful way even though he had no right to treat them so poorly. I was very impressed with their professionalism. Thank you. This is the second time this year I have had my vehicle in for repair at Boyd and this may sound strange but I actually look forward to the experience now! Robin and Rose are fantastic at what they do and provide outstanding customer service. They are reliable, friendly and go above and beyond. My vehicle was broken into and Robin personally arranged to help get the car and help me to a rental agency. I couldn't believe how fast the whole process was- the car went in on Friday and I was back in it on Monday! Super job guys, I really appreciate it and as always the friendly service!! :)

I dealt with Robin Soni and as usual the service was prompt and the work done professionally. I have dealt with Robin in the past and he and Rose the receptionist have always been very friendly and helpful. I have and will continue to recommend this auto body shop.

Want to start by saying how happy I was getting into my car today after the repair. Great to be driving my own car again. The positive service started when I dropped in with the estimate. It got better when I was told that they would arrange for the rental car, using Enterprise down the block. The location of Enterprise was the reason I had selected the Dudley location to begin with so this unexpected service was a lovely surprise. Within 30 minutes, I dropped the car off, Katherine processed me quickly, I signed for my rental, and I was at work downtown. As promised, I got an update on Tuesday and again today. The car was ready today, even earlier than expected. The repairs look great and it was lovely to drive away in a clean car too. I most definitely would recommend Boyd and in particular the Dudley location. Katherine was fabulous, ... personable, and knowledgeable. read more

This is the best car repair shop I have ever been too. They were very helpful in getting me a rental car while mine was in the shop and the first time, they gave me a loaner. They called every Tuesday and Thursday to give me up dates on my repair and even held it back for a day due to finding something else that needed to be done. I am very impressed with the service that was provided, they are run very efficiently and are very friendly, willing to answer any questions and willing to help in whichever way they can. I will return (God forbid) next time I need repairs.

Boyd Auto body Collision Repairs at south Vancouver location west 73rd provided over the top service. They drove and picked me up at my residence and the repairs were done so well, one will never know that I was adjusting to a new larger vehicle.....They also vacuumed, cleaned the inside and washed my vehicle. I defiantely will refer Boyd In South Vancouver to everyone.
