Chelsea is amazing. She is friendly, and courteous. The work on my car is great. I had to switch my car seats from the rental car to my car and I had both my daughter's with me. I asked if I could leave them inside while I did that. Chelsea sat them down and gave them something to colour. My oldest daughter loves to draw and she was was really happy as was I. Her service is just outstanding. Thank you again Chelsea and Boyd auto body for the great service.

Excellent service. I brought my car by to drop off my MPI claim documents for a bumper repair, then while there was able to have a stone chip fixed the same day! Greg service, friendly staff and efficient. I also had them complete my hail insurance claim earlier this year. The service and work was excellent then as well.

This was my second visit to Boyd,unfortunately for my car, but the service was excellent from start to finish. Was on hold for a moment and their on hold message says how they act in day to day business. That was impressive to me. I picked up my car timely and it was clean and vacuumed and smelled clean on the inside, plus the damage was fixed! He made the whole process as simple as can be. He even arranged for the service to be done while I worked, with rides back and forth from work. Initial contact was prompt, efficient and friendly. Replacement car was on sight shortly after I arrived to drop off my car. I received a helpful reminder about insurance needs and directions to the nearest location to obtain this insurance. Any follow-up questions were answeredd directly and the repair process proceded as I was told it would. I really appreciated the twice weekly updates on t he status of the repair and the person on the phone was always very plesant as were the staff at the shop. the work was completed and looks fine. I have had previous good experiences with Body Autobody and the Dudley location in particular.

I would like to thank you for your service it was outstanding. My oldest daughter Audrie said that you were very nice and cute too. I really appreciate you giving her some paper to draw on it is her favorite thing to do. While I was swapping the car seats over from the rental car to my car. I was a little worried switching from the Coquitlam branch to the New west one but you Chelsea made all the difference. I couldn't be happier and my car looks great!

I was involved in a rear-end collision which was not my fault. Boyd Auto Body is very close to my work place so was the obvious choice for my ICBC claim. They arranged a rental car for me when a courtesy car was unavailable. My car was repaired in record time and delivered to me, sparkling clean. They even returned the rental car to Enterprise Rentals on Marine Drive for me. The staff at both Boyd and Enterprise were a pleasure to deal with. Thank-you to everyone involved for making this accident stress free!
