My car was repaired for hail damage after the June 10th storm. I was given regular updates regarding the progress of my vehicle. My rental vehicle was provided promptly. My vehicle repair was completed as requested and the manager showed me exactly what was repaired. I have been to this location once before and have always been politely taken care of. This location is a pleasure to do business with.

The type of customer service that I received at Boyd Autobody on West 73 in Vancouver was phenomenal.It is the type of service that is so rare now a days that it has to be commended and rewarded.From the moment I stepped in the door I was greeted and treated like a VIP.They go above and beyond to make your experience quick and painless.I received emails with updates on the status of my vehicle so I could expect when it's return and Rose even went as far as to text me restaurant recommendation for my upcoming vacation.I noticed every customer received this type of genuine care and thoughtfulness. I will recommend Boyd on 73 in Vancouver to all my friends and family.

This feedback is in regard to Wendy & Chris at the Sooke Rd location. I had just hung up the phone with my insurance company telling me that they were going to let Boyd's know that I was going to be booking an auto body repair appointment. About three minutes later, Wendy from Boyd's contacted me by phone to provide information regarding next steps and the appointment. She was friendly, accommodating and very informative. I've never had to use Boyd's for anything before, so it was quite the first impression. My second encounter with Boyd's was with Chris when I dropped my car off for its appointment. I was on a work break and when I arrived, Chris was friendly, prompt and got me a lender car quickly. The hand over was easy and I was able to do it without taking any extra time from work. Then I was impressed with the constant follow ... up. When there was something delaying my car from being completed, I received a phone call and explanation which was nice because it did not leave me wondering. Finally, when I picked my car up, both Wendy and Chris were there and again friendly. My car was returned, the work on it looked great and my car was cleaned. Had a minor mishap on my car i went to boyd autobody on henderson just for information and the gentleman behind the count his name is Darrell offered to come out and take a look and five minutes later the scratches were gone on my hood i dont think i could have had any better service anywhere else thank you boyd autobody this is a library computer sorry i dont own one
