I stopped in to ask a question about an issue I had with my vehicle, not related to a collision. I was treated with the best courtesy and the quickest service I have ever seen. Being chronically ill, in and out of the hospital a task as simple as washing my truck can seem impossible. I have required to use automatic car washes for the last year and my driver side door leaked horribly every time. I dealt with Matt (did not get last name). Matt was polite, professional and had me fixed in less than an hour. Such a small and quick repair, tightening a door strike, might be an easy job for your techs but it means a lot to me. I will certainly bring any future business of mine to Boyd and recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you so very much.

Professional, courteous and great service!! Robin and Rose are very kind and helpful. I appreciated their organization and I felt that that they were on the ball! This is my second time using Boyd Autobody (same location) and the service has been consistent both times. I thought that this location was a family run business because the service has been so great.

Jeff and everybody at the Boyd location on Scurfield have always been friendly. I've been a repeat customer there for a number of years and the staff and management are simply the best. They take care of you there. They are always sensitive to the needs of their customers with fast, friendly service. Fred and his team were amazing! They went way above and beyond all my expectations. I was dealing with a stolen work truck ( the way that I make my livelihood) and Fred was always willing to help make the process as smooth as possible. He even went as far as helping me deal with my decal guy and make sure we had the right measurements for the crew cab window decals. He made dealing with ICBC( which is normally a pain in the ass) a breeze. I would recommend Boyd on 73rd st in VAncouver to everyone I know! Thanks Fred and the team at Boyd!

I am happy that INTACT chose Boyd Auto Body for me to do the repairs at - they ( Michelle ) was very polite and patient from the very 1st call that I received. Her professionalism speaks volume for the company. Glenn Hartle, the operations Manager came out from his office to greet and ensure that I was fully taken of and that was very assuring - being in a repair shop for the very 1st time !! I felt that my car and I were being well taken care of. I was totally impressed that I am willing to highly recommend Boyd Auto Body at John St to anyone who would need any repair services done.

"My Son's car was involved in an accident, 1 day before he was leaving for 7 weeks. To help him out I (living in Ontario) called around to several body shops in the Langford area to get someone to go look at his car and provide me with an estimate. Chris at Boyd on Sooke Road in Langford went that day, gave me an estimate that was extremely lower than the other shops. I was putting my blind faith in a company and person I have never met. Chris went above and beyond what I ever expected from a Body shop. He and Wendy and the rest of the staff have kept me up to date, stayed within the estimated price and the car looks absolutely amazing!
