I would just like to say that Manager Bob Huff, and his staff gave me wonderful service, quick, precise and professional. Because I had no vehicle for transportation, they dropped me off at home and then picked me up when my vehicle was completed. On top to that they washed and cleaned my vehicle, a great and appreciate surprise. It is service like this that will continue to keep Boyd at the top of the business. This is my second time I have used Boyd at the Henderson Location, and both time, very very happy with the great service. The receptionist at the Victoria location was excellent! She was helpful and courteous! The repair was done well, and the staff even replaced stickers that I had on my windsheild. Also I contacted Boyd Autobody (my hometown) for suggestion and the receptionist, Denise Chassie, was outstanding, warm and helpful! She was informative, knowledgable and easy to talk to! I wish I was still living in Red Deer, only to have her to help me if I ever have autobody trouble with my car again. You should give her a raise!

Excellent work on repairing the door, I couldn't even tell anything had ever happened. However, in the process of repairing my door the rear bumper was scratched on the far left and right side.
