When ICBC asked me where I wanted my vehicle fixed, I just randomly picked Boyd Autobody & Glass. I had never been there before. However, I am glad I made this choice because the service I received was excellent. My estimator, JB Khangura, was very helpful in explaining everything to me and making the whole process a lot easier for me. I arrived at the shop at the end of the day. JB approached me as I looked lost trying to figure out how to go about getting my vehicle fixed. He stayed late about 45 minutes just trying to explain what will be done on my vehicle and the whole process. When I went to pick up my fixed vehicle, JB walked me through the repairs. He explained everything that was done in simple language. This means a lot to someone who has limited knowledge about vehicles. In the future, Boyd Autobody & Glass will always ... be my first choice. In fact I will always recommend others to go there as well. Taran read more

"We were "shopping around" for a body shop when we met Rishi Bakshi. His excellent customer service and expertise impressed us. We were looking for the best possible deal because we did not have collision insurance. Rishi gave us a very good estimate to help us out and provided us with a very good estimate. We were surprised that we ended up paying a bit less at the end. This really help our economy.
